Lived here for 5 years. The apartments and amenities are very nice. Management is responsive. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests.
I lived at Auburn Brook for 2 years and I loved it. The staff was great, always working to help me out as soon as I was moving in. Ken, one of the maintenance men, was amazing. He was always so friendly and was so quick to get requests done, usually same day or the next day. The apartments are so clean and new, and gorgeous views of castle rock. The property was kept clean, neighbors are really great, pretty quiet area, and the managers were great about snow removal in the winter. Highly highly highly recommend this place, I will miss it.
