The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Atrium on Broad Apartments
I moved in at the beginning of this month to a rude awakening. Leaking and smelling appliances. Literal mold in washing machine, walls half painted, and a lack of concern for the tenants. Horrible communication with tenants and a failure to fix issues, even as far to cancel maintenance requests. If I could input photos and screenshots, I would!!!
Where do I start. These units are overpriced, poorly maintained, NO WINDOWS in most units, very poorly built, and has inconsiderate and rude tenants. Oh, don’t forget, the internet is trash and if the wind blows a bit too strongly, say goodbye to your connection. The kicker is they boast their package system that no post courier knows how to use apparently - which results in stolen packages. But don’t worry, management will blame YOU for your packages getting stolen. There’s no security cameras and the security alarm can go off for DAYS before someone finally comes to stop the ear piercing noise. The fire alarm has gone off from a false alarm at least once, evacuating the entire building. Like ordering food because it’s a pandemic? Hope you’re good at directions or like walking all the way around front because the front door key fob was removed and NO ONE knows how to deliver food here without calling and yelling at you about no parking on broad. Did I mention parking? Get ready to pay for monthly in the garage nearby because parking is first come first serve, one of the spots being taken by a Dodson work truck for a month at least. Your bumper will get destroyed by the massive hole on the way in and out of the lot and it’s one alley and a street away from the actual apartment. Oh and maintenance will tell you suddenly about a bug appointment a day away and make you uproot your furniture so they can spray for a never ending roach problem. Also, they claim to change the filters in unit but haven’t noticed my filter changed? There’s also at least five used filters stacked in with the water heater where someone was too lazy to dispose of them properly. Pretty sure the air intake for the apartment is in a disgustingly dusty closet out of reach. They also boast “concrete floors” which are just concrete floors - construction markings and all - with a clear coat. All of the fixtures are examples of attempts at cutting corners such as handless and doors made for an office-not a home, or leaving the baseboards jutting out from not being measured correctly, or the paint being the cheapest flat white so they can charge you for damages when you brush up against it wrong and leave a smudge. There’s much more I could mention. It’s nice being close to food and having stellas nearby. Utilities are included but these are the only positive things I have to say.
