no, dont do it... the place is full of rats and now flies !!
Shootings, floods, rats, car break-ins, no help from property management...etc.
It has been a month and this place has been the best apartment we have ever had in 3 metro areas. Fireplace is nice and the open kitchen. The parking garage is convenient along with the general location. To have a balcany with trees outside for the cat to look out is nice also. Lastly, the washer and dryer and dishwasher have been a real time saver also. they are doing work around the property. I don't see many of the things that were wrtitten about in past reviews. They may just need to do some work with rain runoff.

I am a former resident, and my entire experience was AWFUL. - My unit was infested by rodents, and property staff continued to promise me the issue was fixed. I continued to report rodent problems for 5 months! One member of the staff found a dead rodent in my pantry and asked to dispose of it in MY trashcan! - Ceiling and wall tiles were falling apart in the building hallways. You could hear and see rodents within the open holes in the ceilings and walls. It took MONTHS for property staff to fix this. - Awful odors in the buildings. Property staff attempted to fix this issue but attaching CAR AIR FRESHENERS to the air vents in the hallways... safe to say that didn't fix anything. - There was also a fly infestation in the building. Property staff fixed this issue by spraying pesticides in the building causing all of the flies to lie dead inside the building on the carpet. Hundreds of dead flies were scattered all over the hallways for MONTHS before property staff cleaned them. - One time in the middle of the night, I saw a car on fire in the parking lot. I recorded the scene while the car proceeded to EXPLODE. Police and firefighters arrived on site and investigated. - The day I moved out of this property, news reports released that 2 people were SHOT inside the building I lived in. So scary! PLEASE do not live here! It is not safe, not clean, and not livable. What made everything worse was that it was impossible to contact property staff by phone or email, and the office hours were very limited. So you have to take time out of your work day to hunt somebody down in the office to report issues and receive updates. Even through all of these issues during my stay, the property would not let me break my lease until I threatened legal action! For the sake of you and your loved ones, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

This property has gone downhill since the beginning of the year. The conditions are disgusting. There are rodents in the walls and you can hear them scratching and squeaking every single night. There are twelve different kinds of bug infestations and a constant smell of fetid standing water.
I do not recommend this place if you want to sleep well at night. Rodents live in the ceiling and they do nothing to help. They do not answer your email and barely answer the phone. Pest control come once a week and literally told me “eventually” whatever is in my ceiling will leave. Maintenance is horrible, I have a hole on the floor that I am still waiting them to come and fix it. Only positive point is the people who work in the office are kind.
Good apartment layout and bad maintenance. I do not recommend!
It’s a beautiful place to live. Great location. Awesome gym. Close to a lot of shopping.

Apartment was not move in ready, doors broken, door handles missing, toilet leaking, fridge barely works, missing lightbulbs, stuck light switches. Maintenance SUCKS, they don’t fix anything it ends up the same or worse. I pay for a 2br 2bath and can only use 1 bathroom. The tubs are peeling because they paint them. They don’t clean before they paint I can see hairs/dust stuck in the paint on the walls and tubs. they don’t change out the filters the apt is always dusty and stuffy. The Building smells, people here are dirty and are always spitting or leaving pet pee in the elevators, trash room is always overflowing, hallways are dirty and often smell like weed, ceilings always leaking and breaking. Parking is a joke. There’s no sense of safety here. Since living here there has been a double murder, domestic violence issues, constant theft and breaking into cars. The property management team is just there to collect their check. They will not respond to you or attempt to fix anything. If you get through to them they are rude and tell you it’s YOUR problem. If you have an emergency don’t bother calling the emergency line they will only give you the runaround.

The leasing staff was very customer friendly. The application and move in process were extremely easy and efficient. Property is starting to clearly show wear and tear. Some basic upkeep to grounds and major appliances needed immediately. Garage parking is a huge plus. They also have a really nice gym and other convenient amenities.

Poorly kept apartments. Maintenance team is incompetent and unprofessional, playing games on their phone while working and leaving supplies after they finish. The apartment is infested with rodents and nothing is being done about this.

For the amount charged, living here isn't worth it. There are countless maintenance issues that take forever to be resolved - assuming they even get resolved. I've only been here for a few months, but can't wait to move out!

When moving in we immediately encountered multiple issues with the building and apartment: rodents, dishwasher broken upon move in, microwave broken, closet rack broken, outlets not working, front door of building stuck, cars with unregistered tags in the garage with no awareness from management (no action taken to remove vehicle), multiple long nails and screws in the road, issues with scan cards for amenities. Only saving grace is the gym which has great equipment, however floor is broken and weight bench handle broke within a week of moving in. I do not recommend this apartment and am appalled at the state of the facilities during move in. With recent jump in prices of apartments we were forced to move out of our old place, this one has not been worn the money or frustration.

I've had a terrible experience here. I've had on numerous occasions water leaks from the ceiling. There's been a major fly infestation inside my apartment and I've seen rats in the halls and trash chute; I can also here rats scurrying and sqealing in the walls of my apartment.

I would never recommend moving to this property. The management is non responsive, they don’t keep up the property, hallway carpeting needs to be replaced, kitchen appliances need to be updated, should be secured entrance to building but it’s not and there’s no parking in the lot. I’ve wanted to end my lease and move since day 1. I would never rent from any Greystar property again.

I’ve lived here for 3 months… since the start it’s been terrible first they they try to assign parking for the garage but they had to change my spot 3 different times because those spots were Alf ready taken, then my washer/dryer was broken, ac broken as soon as I moved in kept having to tell the office until finally it got fixed after 6 weeks… my blinds are missing parts, of course those never got replaced, leaking kitchen faucet and maintenance takes forever to get things done. The garage always smells like trash and there’s mice in there that have made their way up to the third floor and I try to spray my own house but still see roaches here and there. Overall I’m not happy at all and wish I had picked somewhere yo live

Pros: The roommate style floorplan Spacious balcony In-unit washer/dryer Package delivery hub Updated gym/pool Cons: Unkept buildings (carpets have not been shapooed in the 8 months I lived here/damaged drywall from the last few years leaks have not been repaired) Halls reek of marijuana Management that fails to communicate Walls are thin (I can hear the elevator dings/ppl in the hall) I can also hear the neighbor above me walking back and forth everyday, all day No security/ppl party in the parking lot

I would not recommend anyone to live here. It's infested with mice. The carpets are filthy and not the buildings are not cleaned properly. People are living in the stairwells which is dangerous. Ive been on a waiting list for a spot in my building in the garage and I found out that people in the office are giving spots away to their friends. This is my first apartment and I will never rent here again.

Bldg 150 has roaches apartment to elevator! So After a couple months I moved to bldg 100 & spotted a mouse running around the top floor Hallway recorded that. We thought the reviews were one off but no clearly this is widespread here. 100 also had a terrible alarm problem. Fire alarm would often wake you up at night 2am, 11pm, and random times during the day never knowing if it was real or the broken alarm system. Fire company is sadly dispatched each time. Parking is extremely tight. Also Google the 2021 Roberry at gun point right at assembly. This isn’t proper living conditions for those prices and poor mgmt customer service. So glad we have moved looks can be deceiving

The apartment living space is great, other things need some work but its not drastic enough to swade you from a beautiful place to come home to every night, everythign else can improve in time.

Front office staff has been very professional and helpful always. few of my packages have been lost so i have had to send my important packages to the front office since cameras are not installed in our buildings which really would help ALOT if installed. maintenance is a bit unreliable and been the biggest problem during my stay. Had issues with Garage before, but hasn't been an issue since the spring. Trash and cleaning staff can do better ALOT better with the cleanliness of our community during COVID but the gym and new amenities have been the best experience of my stay.

The leasing staff was very friendly and welcoming, both Karen and Brandon showed passion to ensure the units are up tto standard adn Brandon did an AMAZING job informing me of my options. The buildings need some TLC, but Greystar recently purchased Assembly will be updating them. Maintenacnce has been responsive to my request and the two that I have met where very polite and energetic. Overall i'm pleased with my decision to move to this community.

Apartments are very nicely designed. Lovely fireplace. Excellent parking. Beautifully remodeled clubhouse with reading room, conference room, state of the art workout equipment basketball court, yoga exercise room, fire pit, outdoor grill, outdoor pool, etc.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. There is absolutely nothing I would recommend about living in this place. They shouldn’t even advertise that they have a dog park, it’s a patch of dirt the size of a bathroom. Their maintenance team is absolutely terrible , don’t know how to do their job and they definitely don’t do it in a timely manner (took them 30+ days to fix a leaking fridge). And to top it off, the leasing office could careless. The outside appeal, definitely does not match the insides of the buildings. With the amount of rent we pay they can afford to fix up the place and they don't. I wouldn't recommend the gym, it's only open the hours that the leasing office are (because it's located inside. Management isn't all that helpful either because their number doesn't even have a voicemail set up, all it does is rings rings rings until it hangs up; not ideal for someone who works night shift. Additionally the rental office never answers the phone, poor customer service from this management company, If I could've broken the lease the first week I moved in, I would've.

Management is average, but if you can find a good rate, it makes the spacious apartment worth it. First time movers beware that you will constantly need to monitor all aspects of lease and monthly payments. Other than that, great community and calm atmosphere.

The community is nice and close to the highway and shopping, but thats about it. Units a nice and updated, but something needs to be done about the flooring and aesthetics of the buildings.
