Property Ratings at Aspire West Valley
Aspire West Valley has a TON of land around it for your dog to run and play in. They even have a pet playground!!! They provide the pet stations and bags for pick up. I love it!!! Come check them out!!!!!!! The Manager is a very caring person that consistently shows a warm smile to everybody.
The Management that we have is a lot better than what it was when we first moved in. And the maintenance guy, Ray, is great too! They have really improved the place!

I would not recommend coming here the manager does not listen to anyone here you tell Jade somethings broke he tells you hell fix it but no one ever fixes it until you move out

Áreas verdes muy bien cuidadas, piscina relativamente limpia y el personal de condominio siempre es muy agradable, amable y atento. Pero el apto no estaba en las condiciones óptimas para ser rentado.

Ive lived here for 2 years and love all the upgrades and updates they have done to the complex as well as to my apartment. Maintenance is ALWAYS willing to go up and beyond to help and make sure issues are done right and fixed in a timely matter.
Very clean and residents get along great. Great location.
We have lived at Mountain View for over 5 years. We enjoy living here. Great location and close to stores Right next to bangerter Management is great and always wants to take care of you. Thanks Mountain View!!

We have lived in theses apartments for 4 yrs now and I can not wait to move out! The first yrs were great the maintenance people were great! And so was management but then he got promoted and left. Now the management sucks she's never in the office and when she is she's on a personal call and never helps maintenance sucks we put a note for the dryer and it been a month and still don't come! This is ridiculous the price goes up and not even worth it! I would never recommend it to no one ever! If I could I would give them a -5stars
