Over all I love this community. All employees I've had an interaction with had been super friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are very nice. I highly recommend aspira at Anthem if its in the correct price range.

Our experience with Aspira at Anthem has been great right from the beginning. The leasing agent was very nice and made sure to let us know of any/all additional fees. We applied one day and had our answer and exactly what was needed by the next day. The office staff have all been very kind. The walls are not "paper thin" so you don't always hear your neighbors that is a huge positive. We have only been here a month but we love our apartment and the whole experience so far.

I’ve lived at this complex for over a year and I am extremely satisfied with the upkeep of the community area. All of the amenities are in great working order. There is little downtime to maintenance for the amenities. Overall, I would recommend a Aspira at anthem.

Over all I am incredibly happy with living here. I'd give it an 8/10 rating. I never wanted to live in an apartment but this experience has been better then expected and has changed my opinion on apartment living. It's clean, the management team has always been awsome to work with, and there are a lot of perks included in the rent.

The aspire At Anthem is a quality community that is priced comparable to other properties in the area. It is well-maintained by a friendly and courteous staff. some parking can be an issue I recommend getting reserved parking which for the price is well worth it plus it will keep your vehicle from the elements. I’m spoiled because I have a garage. Love it recommend it.

El lugar es muy bonito, es cerca de muchos lugar es y su personal es muy amable pero existen problemas con los arrendatarios que podrían a mi parecer ser solucionados con mayor control o cámaras. Vigilancia etc.

Good place to live. But for anyone that leases in the future, pay extra for a parking space. There are not enough parking spots on the property and you will not be able to find one that is open if you get home in the late evening/night.

Could be great apartments, but maintenance isn't properly funded. Paint's peeling off walls and dog waste trash cans aren't emptied often enough, leading to bags sitting around the trashcan.

Do not live here, rent is too high, you have to pay for covered parking, you can't opt out of cable feature, garbage and dog droppings all over. Noisy, don't feel safe.

A great place to live. Easy access to Utah’s outdoor activities. Convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Management is responsive to any resident issues. Great maintenance team.

Excellent place to live. Me and my Family love it here. The community is quiet and everybody picks up after themselves. No issues what so ever.
This place is amazing very accommodating and work with people as individuals and subject to their needs and wants. They truly try their hardest to help with whatever you ask them to do. From management down to maintenance. I have referred a few people here and hopefully will be able to renew my lease. Thanks Aspira Team you Rock!!

A subpar apartment complexes with theft, cops every other weekend preventing your neighbor from jumping off the balcony. If you want to use the gym or pool forget about it your neighbors give access to all family and friends so you can't use them. Can't afford the extra fees for parking since they throw on so many additional charges. Sucks to be you park in a neighborhood and walk. Are the community amenities falling apart and you wish someone would do something they will just complain about it a few times they will never do anything without a complaint even if it benefited the property. Do you like sleeping through the night forget about that your neighbors will be revving there moded cars from 12am-3am for no reason.

Terrible experience, ownership is greedy. Maintenance isn't funded properly. Management office is doing the best they can, but owners are trying to suck the most money out of the community as possible.

I love this apartments it’s peaceful, the residents are nice and respectful, the management is awesome and always responsive.
This place would be an amazing option to live at as it is really nice but there is absolutely never any parking causing you to park 1-2 miles away or get towed. Your only other option is buying a carport or garage which is $40 or $120 a month which is ridiculous but they’re already sold out anyways so what’s the point. Along with the ridiculous prices for rent and fees. This is not a good place to live.

Great, quiet community. The move in process was super easy and pretty stress free.
The property is great. And I could not be more pleased with the move in, from start to finish it was fast and easy and Isabel was great! Thank you for making this enjoyable and not stressful. We love it!
Overall, I am pleased to be here. I especially like have a laundry room with washer and dryer. Additionally, I really appreciate have the attached garage. These are the features that were the deciding factors in my move.

Over all, Aspira at Anthem is a nice well maintained apartment complex. It is generally quiet and seems safe. The apartment was very well cleaned and inviting when I moved in.
