Middleton is a small, wooded city bordering Lake Mendota, roughly four miles northwest of Madison. This beautiful city often makes "best" lists, including Money Magazine's list of the nation's best small cities to live in.

The city-owned Pleasant View Golf Course is located on a hill with panoramic views of the Madison skyline. During the winter months, it becomes a cross-country ski park.

Property Ratings at Aspen Ridge
I moved in two months ago and have had nothing but a great experience with management and the one minor maintenance request I’ve had. The complex is quaint, quiet and in a great location. I’d recommend to any of my friends.
I’ve lived at Aspen Ridge for three years and love it. The building and grounds are well maintained, and maintenance requests for my apartment are handled promptly. The management staff is great.
I have lived here over 2 years now and have never had a problem. The management and maintenance crew are great. The area is nice and quiet. The pool is not on site but it's only a 10 minute drive, where there are grills, common area and a gym.
I really liked everything about this apartment. It has a great location, it is quiet & cozy, and has great management! The only downside is that the pool is not right on site, it is at a different apartment. Overall, I would highly recommend.
I have truly enjoyed living here the past year. Great management and maintenance crew. I would highly recommend these apartments to everyone looking for a great place to call home!
