Aspen Heights Amherst

So far I’ve loved the leasing process and getting to tour the lovely facilities. All the amenities are amazing! I truly feel safe here and am so excited to live here next year!

The office staff & maintenance are all very friendly, professional and willing to help answer any questions promptly. The interior and exterior grounds are well maintained. So far it has been pretty quiet in the unit during the day and night. By far the best apartment living experience I've had yet!

I like living here at Aspen Heights, great place with great people as well. The shuttle is very convenient, with an amazing lounge area and to play games as well.

Loving my new place! Everything is brand new, modern, and pristine. The building amenities are fantastic and the management is so responsive. Such a smooth and wonderful move-in experience. Highly recommend

Great safe, clean and friendly staff. Always something going on in the beautiful common area like free pizza , Chinese food, even massages. All free from Aspen Heights. Great community. Thank you Aspen Heights.

It's been great, the apartment is great and the layout is very conducive to hosting gatherings like football watch parties. Love the coffee machine and game room too

It has been great so far! The staff is so kind and helpful. I feel very safe in the apartment and it was clean when I moved in. I love how Aspen Heights holds events in the lounge. It is a great way to bring the community together. I am looking forward to more events!

I really enjoy my stay so far at Aspen Heights. It is easy to walk to nearby supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Great amenities in the building. The management team and staff are also very helpful.

In the end there was a bit more of a peaceful time here. We have been enjoying our time with the new cornhole game that was just put in recently. I wish things were different from the beginning with the new manager here after Rachel, our manager, left. Sometimes in life we come across people that just don't care about people; they only care about money and how they look in society. The lack of O'hana is seen among strangers here in Amherst, MA. I will miss our neighbors, friends, and the other staff members here.

I’m handicap and find this the perfect place for me to live. I couldn’t imagine renting elsewhere. Very clean, friendly staff, and safe place to live. It’s a nice well kept apartment and that’s what I need.

Great Apartment in Amherst. Reading in the quiet place with a Latte from the coffee bar can be a unique relaxing experience in your busy life.

Great building. Very modern, clean, and decorative as well as safe and welcoming environment. All the great amenities make for the expensive rents but have not had a bad experience here

They go to a lot of effort to bring the community together and the coffee machine in the lobby is unreal! I definitely enjoy talking to the security guards at the front desk, they are polite and very helpful.

So far my resident experience has been great. The whole staff including security was a huge help when first arriving and getting settled. Everyone is always so friendly and there to help with anything. The amenities are awesome and the staff does a great job keeping everything clean. Coffee machine is always stocked and gym is always clean.

Easy transition due to lots of communication and help from the Aspen team! The printer has already come in handy on a day where I wouldn’t normally be physically in my office. I’m excited to see/use the other building amenities.

Aspen Height provides a safe environment and the best facilities for its residents. In the common area, we can enjoy table tennis, board games, and a pool with various coffee, mocha, and chocolate.

Safe, clean, quiet, and welcoming. Already feels like home. Amenities are excellent. Apartments are modern, well-designed. Management is friendly and helpful.

Aspen Heights has a place for all. Very comfortable living for students or working professionals. Also has ADA accessibility for each space. The study lounges are great second places to work at. The lounges are breakout places for when you are bored. Coffee and vending machines for midnight cravings. The management responds to maintenance requests very promptly. The in unit laundry helps a lot during winters. Snow removal, trash removal, maintenance checks, shuttle services are just amongst great bonuses at this place.

The place is clean, well maintained, has fast wifi, decent amenities, and the shuttle is very handy for getting to campus and town. Although it is absurdly pricey, even for Amherst, you are at least getting the quality worth the money.

Aspen Heights has great amenities like the shuttle and in-unit laundry that put it a step above other places to live in/around Amherst. It is a bit expensive and there have been some construction issues but the staff is very friendly, responsive, and always on top of things. It is always kept clean as well.

Aspen heights has been a wonderful experience. I have stayed here for almost 2 years now, and though the management team has changed but their effort and organisation is consistent. The complex is equipped with first class amenities, including vending machines, table tennis, printing and coffee machin providing free drinks. The staff is really friendly and responsive. Whenever you need something, such as a report for repair, you will get service in a timely manner. The apartments include all utilities like heat, water, electricity, and internet services. The complex is a 5-minute drive and 20-minute walk from campus and it has its own private shuttle, not to mention it is also on the bus route. I also absolutely love the free coffee and gym access included in the rent. Whatever I may say about Aspen Heights is less. The management organises events for every occasion making the space feel like home. The rent may be steep but it’s worth every penny. Thank you Aspen Heights! You’ve made my graduation experience easier and better!

Noisier than umass dorms Management had no meaningful follow up to noise issues. They told me to “sit tight” when there was an issue with the rent portal, then charged me a late fee. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent and there is no working physical port. For the very hefty price of the lease, it is not worth it. For that price I should be able to sleep at night at the very least and they can’t even do that.
