So far it seems very quiet and a nice place to live. There are several things not working in my unit that was noticed the first night being here, but I’m hoping that will be taken care of promptly. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Between the time it takes for a service request to be fulfilled to staff ignoring emails and the bug issue it’s not even worth it. Some of the office staff are great but overall I will no be resigning my lease.
Would not recommend. Furthest thing from attentive. Takes forever to get a response on maintenance orders. Can’t keep consistent leasing agents or maintenance team.

First night in was insane. Seems like a slight infestation somewhere. Could be the dumpster being close by. Also kids on top who don’t seem to know about night time noise. But i’ve seen and been in worse. So far it’s ok
The apartments are nice they have a good amount of space. The Neighbors that I have meet have been nice. It is Close to highways and stores.

Since we moved into the community the overall experience has not been enjoyable We have experienced neighbors nit respecting the property by leaving trash on the ground, loud music, smoking weed in your home which lingers in the hallways and into your appartment. It has taken very long time to get maintenance requests completed in a timely manner and not enough cans to dispose of your pet poop. Also now we have residents hanging out stairway area in their chairs like it is their patios. This is not a good look for the property.
I love my apartment. It’s so comfy and cozy. I plan on one day upgrading to a three bedroom apartment. I really love this community. The ladies at the rent office are very nice. They made my family feel welcome!!

I am embarrassed to have my friends come to see me because the walkway from the parking lot to my apartment is filthy. It is badly stained, and it has so much debris that has not been swept up or blown or anything, and it used to be that when the lawns were mowed, they would also come and blow the walkways And that has not been done for months if not longer. I called the office and told them and nothing has been done so at 88 years old and not feeling well, I went out and swept my area. I did not sweep the whole breezeway, but no one that comes to visit me would even think of moving here when they see how it is not kept up at all. I like my apartment and I like the people at the office, but I’m very disappointed that it has to look like this. I have more friends coming from out of state and I’m really embarrassed. It looks like I live in low income housing, and not what you advertise it to be.

My move in day went very smoothly. Everyone at the leasing office has been very helpful and nice. Apartment was clean and they are very on top of making sure you have everything set up.

Mold all over apartment, even on my clothes. Not a good place to live. Bugs, management closes out your maintenance request without coming to fix issue. Or it takes up to a week or several phone calls.

I been here two weeks and I love it so nice and peaceful not too loud at all . The weather is cold but the complex is clean and the agents are very helpful and respectful . The program was quick and most of all he was honesty .

I recently moved into Ashton Reserve with my boyfriend, and while we haven't been here long, our experience so far has been positive. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, and the move-in process was smooth. The community seems peaceful, and the amenities are a nice touch, though we’re still exploring everything. So far, we’ve had no major issues, and we’re looking forward to settling in more and seeing how things go.

They never enforce the rules and only send out lame emails to everyone telling them to not do this and that. But rule breakers keep breaking the rules and nothing is ever done about it. The emails should be sent only to the rule breakers and not the residents who following the rules. Also the garbage was missed being picked up on several occasions that was not a holiday.

I have been at Ashton Reserve a total of 7 years and overall the experience has been great. Any interaction with staff has always been friendly. Maintenance issues always get handled in a timely manner. It would be nice if there was a playground available for the kids so that they don't utilize the breezeway and stairwells, but for the most part it has been nice living here.

No one has there dog on a leash. No promotions. Transfer fee is terrible. Trash is always on the ground. Car are continuously speeding through the parking lot

I am very comfortable living here. It is a nice place to call home. No one bothers you and everything is close by. If something is wrong in the apartment, after you put in a work note, the response is quick and I appreciate the quick response. Overall my stay here has been a good one.

Community is great well kept, staff is great. But moved my son in his first apartment and it was not inspected as it was supposed to be, with minor issues. These things can happen. But Ashton Reserve is probably 1 of the best apartment decision for anyone that needs an apartment, Good communication with leasing office. My recent apartment move-in was fantastic! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The entire process was well-organized, and the movers coordinated everything perfectly. I just moved in yesterday. The apartment/location of it is good. Apartment is really nice and was semi clean except we did find old food under the dishwasher. Under the appliances was filthy. Cabinet handles were rusted and dirty. No closet space or much storage place aside from storage out on the porch. Washer/dryer is very small. And we did notice a couple big water bugs and a couple of house roaches during the evening/night time.

Move in was very easy and apartment was semi clean. Community has some amenities we were looking for except apartment doesn't have a lot of storage room/closets.

Its okay. The response time on maintenance request Is slow. There is not enough stations to dispose of Dog poop When collected. The amenities need to improve and more Events for the residence to participate in.

The move in process was smooth, and leasing Consultants did an amazing job with communicating and making sure everything was situated. The maintenance team also were urgent to fix our AC system, just all around amazing Customer Service and hospitality throughout the community. On top of the actual Apartment and amenities that are offered makes our new home special.

It’s nice. The neighbors are friendly and the amenities are cool. I wish there was a park for the kids closer to the neighborhood but other than that I love the area. Places to shop everywhere.
Been here for about 6months now and my stay has been pleasant so far. The staff in the leasing office is very nice and pleasant as well.looking forward to a great summer at Ashton Reserve
Great community with great leasing agents and tentative maintenance team ….. just wish they would finish the pool already so residents could use it.
