Scripps Ranch is an upscale neighborhood about 18 miles from Downtown San Diego. This scenic neighborhood is home to Lake Miramar, a popular spot for fishing and boating. Residents flock to Lake Miramar’s waterfront parks, but Scripps Ranch is packed with lush parks, providing a nice backdrop for several homes. This neighborhood has excellent schools, is home to Alliant International University, and is part of the Miramar Marine Base. San Diego Miramar College is nearby as well.
