Arts Center Tower Apartments

The move in process was very easy. The leasing agent, Hailie, was so supportive and went the extra mile for me while I was applying to live in the community. Everyone here seems really nice as well!

DO NOT PAY APPLICATION FEE UNTIL THEY TAKE IT OFF MARKET. I had to pay my application fee and administration fee BEFORE they verified my income (which took 24 hours), and within that 24 hour period all three apartments I was shown (and told there were no pending applications for) were taken up. When trying to get my refund for the admin fee and application fee (since I was told by management this had NEVER happened before), I was told I would only get 200 of the 300 of fees left over. Basically, if you pay the application and admin fees, they DO NOT GUARANTEE you a unit (since they will not let you pick one until you pay the fee AND get your income verified). I will say Hailie was as helpful as possible but please read this before paying the fee. Paying your fee does not mean anything to this company, and they will give away your apartment and only refund you 2/3 of your money. Leaving me high and dry is not professional in the slightest.

The location and staff are great. However I dealt with several serious maintenance issues when I first moved in which could have been avoided. Apartments should be thoroughly inspected and repaired before a tenants move in date.

Nice apartment in a wonderful area! The common spaces are to die for and the residents are so incredibly nice. Maintenance can be a little slow to respond but management is very helpful

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living in this apartment community. The location is convenient—close to public transportation, grocery stores, and local restaurants. The maintenance team is responsive and usually resolves issues within a day or two, which I really appreciate. The building is generally quiet, and I feel safe living here. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. Elevators can be slow or crowded during peak hours, and I wish the community hosted more events to help residents connect. Also, while most amenities are well-maintained, the gym equipment could use some upgrades to better meet residents' needs. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located place to live, and the management team works hard to maintain a positive living environment.

One of the most friendly neighbourhood; very convenient location and budget friendly. Been here for more than a year now and I still love it here!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my residency at Arts Center Tower, finding the environment to be safe and welcoming. The facilities, including the gym and pool, are well-maintained, and the staff has been consistently helpful and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns that arise.

Just moved in very friendly community with great amenities will definitely be thinking about extending my lease when the time comes hope you all enjoy

I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. The management team is always responsive and genuinely cares about the residents' well-being. The maintenance staff is incredibly efficient; any issues are usually resolved within a day.

From a budget standpoint and convenience this place is good. Everything is nearby including grocery stores, marta station, rental cars etc. there are issues as well which i have already posted.

Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Efficient management. Budget friendly environment. Easy and convenient to manage the commutation between home and local transport, groceries, Atlantic station, etc. All great!!

Very good check-in experience, the office staff is so nice and patient, even if there are many questions at the beginning, they are willing to help me solve them, especially Saniya is really great. The rent is also very reasonable, the transportation is convenient, and there are many shops and supermarkets around.

I’m very pleased with my new apartment. The location is outstanding, the staff is very attentive and extremely helpful. Previous reviews that I read said there were long elevator waits and homeless people in the lobby, but that hasn’t been a problem that I’ve encountered at all. Overall my stay for the first few days have been great.

The price and location can’t be beat and the staff are friendly! You pass up some extra goodies by living here (there’s no in-unit laundry and kitchens are small) but I think it’s overall a great deal.

Marta station right across the street is so convenient. Also, close proximity to Atlantic station, piedmont park, art museum and many others. Management is friendly and warm. The only downside is that the building is not very well maintained and not very clean. Overall, its a good and pleasant stay. Hence, cheers team!!

Overall, it’s a good friendly environment in here. However, maintenance of the building needs to be better! I thoroughly enjoy noiseless atmosphere. Big thumbs up for that. Cheers team!

With only 1 elevator working, it is difficult because wait time is higher, however, Amy is the sweetest and having snacks every now and then is a plus!

It's all been great! Nice place and I went to the gym, everything is very functioned. And it's very close to everywhere, great location too!

Location is excellent, management staff is available and friendly. I noticed that I am easily able to get where I need to go in the city via the nearby MARTA station and I do not have major problems with my unit.

Apartment is Excellent and staff is adorable , service is fast as air and elevator is slow as turtle, that’s it I’m enjoying living here rent is higher but it’s convenient

I've had the pleasure of waking up to a fantastic window view every day. The location is second to none, making daily commutes and weekend getaways a breeze. If you're considering moving here, I highly recommend it for the view and convenience alone.

Great apartment complex, staff is nice and helpful, right across from MARTA station, and in a good location near restaurants and bars. Very affordable for its location.

Great experience, elevator needs to be fixed and trash chute always smells, overall great customer service and all maintenance complains resolved almost immediately

Beautiful building with friendly staff. Only complaint is that one of two elevators has been out of service for over a month. The wait time for an elevator can be outrageous during busy daytime hours.

Some of the building maintainence is bad such as the elevator and sometimes the trash chute. Though for any work done for appartment maintenance is good.

The elevator is always broken and it never gets fixed. The building smells trash. The fitness room is not sufficient and old. There aren't enough snacks. :)

Arts center is a great place to be, and as a 6 year resident it is hard to imagine any other place to be home. With the perfect blend of price, amenities and convenience it is a great find

The apartment building is located in the perfect spot, close to the MARTA station and Whole Foods. Plenty of amenities are close by, and the pool is always well-maintained. On the other hand, cleanliness is a problem in the building, and the upkeep of things needs to be improved. Roaches are a problem at certain times, and the elevator breaks down at least four times a year. Utilities are sky-high, and the condition of the building can be overpriced. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful, but there is much room for improvement.

The application process was simple and fast! I appreciate how smooth the move-in process was. I was able to choose the time I moved in, and they were very flexible.

Love it here! Clean and I feel very safe. The staff is really nice and super helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in midtown. Location is great!

It's just an ok community. Paying for the location only. I wouldn't say an awesome experience. The elevator is broken most of the time. And, recently access to pool area is also restricted. Not a big fan of such restrictions, as I used to spend some alone time at night there.

Management has been very helpful as well as the maintenance team. I am settling into my new apartment and haven’t had any issues with the building

Reasonable rates and good apartments. The apartment is quite big for the price and vary spacious. We are also provided with donuts on occassions and that’s amazing.

It's been a great experience living here. I am able to live in the middle of Atlanta without having to worry about the extremely high living expenses accompanied with that.

Great place. Had some bad events recently for which they implemented security and control over the events and timing, that was a great initiative

Art center tower is a fabulous property with many amenities and a great management team! Not to mention the premium location!! I highly recommend art center tower!

Amy was a big help in moving in. She made it very easy and was there for any question at anytime! They have a very good staff here and the location is amazing. Didn’t think by the pictures the location would be this good but this is as good as it gets. Very safe area

Well maintained apartment complex, love the light additions on the 4th floor, high utilities which need some more transparency for residents, great location

An incredible place to live, amazing location, not far from anything, and with the MARTA across the street, you have access to so much of the city without a car. I would highly recommend giving it a look or requesting a tour if you are looking for a new apartment.
