When I moved back to the area in 2022, I wanted to be within three miles of everything I would need from hospitals to entertainment. Artessa continues to be a wonderful living experience for me. Property is well kept, maintenance is always responsive and my neighbors have been great. Never plan to move!!

The grounds are kept so clean! I have been very impressed with how great and welcoming everyone on the staff has been. I thought I would have heard so much more noise being that the apartments are close to main roadways and the interstate, but we rarely even hear sirens from police or fire. I can't say enough about how much I love this place.

One of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. Tucked away from the road so it feels hidden and away from everything yet you’re so close to anything you could want. Everyone on the staff is great to deal with. Nick in the office and Creed on maintenance always go above and beyond to make sure that you have the best possible time here. Having resided at the Artessa for 3 years, I have seen the highs and the lows of this property. Unfortunately the management staff was never really a welcoming bunch, but the change of property ownership in the late summer of 2022 exacerbated this. The rent increased 25% for an non-updated 1 bed/bath of the smallest size. The property management was unwavering in any conversation with residents and failed to mention the increasing monthly fees that Carter Haston would be implementing. There are amenities that have been updated, which was nice considering the considerable increase in rent. However, the grounds are still dirty- pet waste, over grown grass, an overflowing dumpster, and dirty stairwells and hallways. It is difficult to keep bugs out and I have had to set up multiple insect repellant products- leaving me to wonder the frequency of the monthly pest and insect spraying. This was once a beautiful community that I do believe is on the up, but I would not recommend leasing here.

Ive lived here for 4 years and the staff and amenities here are very good
The Artessa has a wonderful office and maintenance staff. They address any concerns immediately. They are friendly and professional and have become like family. Our apartment is spacious and well appointed. Our neighbors are wonderful. As in any complex there is always some residents who dont think the rules apply to them, otherwise a wonderful community.
living here has been a little slice of heaven! location is everything for me and this is a homerun! everyone is warm and welcoming and greets you in passing.
The Artessa Apartments is a great place to live if youre looking for privacy, and a great community of people.

Great place to live!
While I have only been here for about a month I do love it. The property is extremely clean and very attractive. I feel safe here. The location is great. Conveniently located to so many great restaurants, unique shops, retail shopping and grocery shopping.
Property manager and maintenance are great.
The room is very clean, but the outside walkways and stairs are dirty. It is not suitable for smokers because you cannot smoke even on the balcony.
Don't stop being the best by continuing to keep up the great work and staff's efficiency!!!

Facility exceeds expectations. More importantly the support staff is professional, attentive to maintaining the facility, accommodating needs of residents. Our stay at Artessa has been very pleasant even in these trying times.

I moved to The Artessa last month and I absolutely love living here. The apartment staff is very friendly and responsive and I also enjoy having access to a gym. The apartments are beautiful inside and I have a lot of extra space for storage. I think I will enjoy my time here!
I've lived in Artessa for 6 months and it's been a great place to live. The luxury pool, fire pits and the immaculate gym create an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in your own home. Cara and her staff in the office respond quickly and professionally with any questions or requests. A 3 minute ride to I-65 or to Main St. in downtown Franklin, the location can't be beat. Jim O

This has been by far the best apartment living experiance I've ever had! I was tired of fighting the traffic in Spring Hill and wanted to move closer to work. I was looking for something newer and with immediate access to restaurants and stores. The Artessa has a luxury resort type atmosphere and all the amenities are top notch. The apartments are immaculately designed and very comfortable. Any issues are immediately addressed and remedied by the management and staff. They have plenty of parking options from single garage, underground parking to carport parking. The pool has beautiful fire pits and the grills are top notch and easy to use. The office staff, management and maintenance are very friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. I have lived here for 10 months and I would recommend this to anyone from a single professional to a small family. 5 stars all the way!
The Artessa has been a great property to live at the last month. I love the staff, the amenities, and the hospitality. They have been amazing to me and have made the transition very smoothly as a young professional relocating from Denver, CO. My only suggestion is to have access to all the amenities. I came from a boutique apartment resort right outside of downtown Denver, CO. We had a nice coffee machine in the lobby as well and pool tables, etc. We had access to those amenities in the mornings to get coffee and after hours to use the pool table. Also, the computer center. I feel like at the Artessa they are only used as a "selling point" to future residents. As a resident, you do not have access to the expensive Starbucks coffee machine unless you come during working hours of 9-6 during the week. You have the small Keurig coffee machine in the mail room that almost always needs water as most residents want to utilize this amenity. So, unless you bring your own water, you cannot get coffee in the mornings. Also, the pool table and computer center are not available after working hours. My boutique apartment resort in Denver had chained walls that would come down over the business area, so we could utilize these amenities after working hours. If they could fix this simple problem, I would give this apartment 5 stars. I feel like it is deceiving when you come in as a future resident because you are led to believe you will get to utilize these amenities. The staff is great. I love the dog park. The gym is great. The apartments are so nice. I would just like to have access to all the amenities that are advertised.
This is a perfect apartment home for me being a single mom of two boys. Plenty of space. I was looking for something close to everything #1 being, shopping and all the high end restaurants. Awesome location, awesome staff. Beautiful resort style feel as far as amenities.
