Property Ratings at Artesia Apartments
I called Julie, the property manager for Artesia in Covington, several times and did not received one phone call back from her. Her lunch times range from 11 am to 4 pm just in case you want to know. Claudia is the only person who follows up but unfortunately she does not have the power to make decisions and the decision makers have her be the bad guy. I would think long and hard before choosing to reside here.

I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY! Eileen is always so kind, and any problem I had she was sure to take care of it and keep me up to date. It’s always clean! I was always happy to show off where I lived lol! I’m sad to go but my duties take me to new adventures.

I was very pleased with the people and the property at Artesia. The people were very accommodating and helpful. I needed a place to live while in town on business and was able to find a home here that kept me from dismal hotel living. Don't normally write reviews but Hillary and Virgil and company at Artesia deserve a bit of recognition for their work and fine property.

Just moved into Artesia after relocating from Ohio. The complex is beautiful and very well kept. All the amentities you could ever want. The apartments are beautiful and modern. Love that it's gated and secure. The staff is fantastic and so very nice. You'll never be sorry for moving into Artesia!

My family and I moved to Artesia in December. We were looking for a place that we could get in to before our sons 2nd birthday Christmas Eve Dec 24th 2018. We searched the NorthShore area looking for the best possible living conditions and amenities to suit all of our needs. In that search we included #1 -location Artesia is located right off the Pinnacle Parkway exit behind Mercedes Benz dealership 2 minutes access to go North south East and West 2 sominutes from shopping and restaurant, and 5 minutes to nearby daycare/school's check number 1. #2- unit space having picked the 2 bedroom on ground level it was perfect spacious bedrooms, gorgeous walk in closets in both, tubs and his and her sinks separate washing room, the kitchen dining and living very roomy and best of all high ceilings with large windows depicting a beautiful view it is perfect. #3- Amenities pool, gym, business office, community lobby and community lounges around pool with cabana's, gazebo situated next to a pond with view of woods, mail service, herb garden, outside barbeques, lawn care, trash service, I mean wow we love it and most importantly our son loves it he loves the pond and open garden to walk your dogs and the dog park they have onsite. Double check for this one. #4 - pricing some may feel it is priced higher then the other complexs in the area however you have to consider the number of amenities and the amount your saving by not having to go outside the complex to get it. The price is absolutely in line with the quality of life and ease of access you have to amenities. So after factoring all the points compared to other complexs we decided to go with Artesia and I have spoken to others who chose differently and we are inherently happy we chose Artesia. We love the community we live the staff the maintenance the quality of life and if you're out there looking for the best Artesia is definitely the way to go. Excellent location to live... enjoy shopping, dinning, etc... everything is conveniently located... all the amenities at Artesia Apartment are absolutely beautiful! The fountain and landscaping is gorgeous! The property is beautiful!!! The staff is amazing and compassionate, they quickly address any concerns... hope people with pets, take responsibility to keep the property grounds beautiful!!! And have respect for other tenants exploring the outdoors, without having to worry about stepping in dog poop... That issue has been addressed and corrected thus far....The Pinnacle Pkwy or Brewster Rd exits are easily accessible, with no traffic....I've lived here since September 2017....I love it here for now....

I LOVE living at 1st Lake’s Artesia Apartment Homes. The staff, notably Phil, Hillary and Annalise, have been so helpful during the move-in process and have been very timely in accommodating to a few minor requests I’ve had. In addition to the world-class customer service at Artesia, I like living here because of the amenities. The off-leash dog park is a great outdoor space, the fitness center is top of the line, and the communal swimming area is comparable to that of a resort. The units themselves are spacious, clean, and boast high-end finishes. If you’re in the market for a new apartment home, be sure to check out 1st Lake’s Artesia Home Apartments!

My family & I visited this property to see what they had to offer and we were greeted by the most unpleasant leasing agent I've ever encountered in my history of renting. She asked (in a condescending way)how could she help us. When we told her we were looking for a two bedroom she said we only have a one bedroom to tour. Then she went on to tell us we'd have to wait 30 minutes & we could go somewhere else and come back because she had to lock up the building (in the meantime Fedex delivery pulls up and she has all the doors locked). Completely a waste of time after driving forever to get there. The apartments appear decent and prices are pretty cheap, but not worth dealing with rude people!
