My experience at Arrive West End has been positive. I have been treated fairly and have been extended grace and help, I needed through a very hard time in my life. The complex is going through a lot of positive changes. The new acting manager Sunny Poole is doing an amazing job with turning the complex around.

The staff is accomdative and understanding. Everything you need to do to move in is easily available online and it is quite easy to set up. however, i am taking of one star as mostly the apartment i entered on day 1 was okay but had a few probelms that we have had to ask maintenance to do and its been almost a few days until they took steps to correct it. There were a few dead roaches, broken glass int he kitchen and some hair in the sink, all taking away from an otherwise beatiful space.

Arrive west end is very good. Club house and the common area around pool stands out. Room sizes are good as well as kitchen island gives good vibes to ambience.

Water Leak Repair Great After the installation of the new Water Meter in August, my bill increased 2 times as much, from $25 to $75. After cutting back on usage, it was decreased by $25. I heard water constantly running and did a check. My meter was turning, the hot water heater tray was filled with water, but was going out the drain so it never completely filled up. After a maintenance request, a pipe was removed that was capped of, because it was causing the overflow from the pressure the new meter allowed to flow. The Maintenance Repair Person fixed the leak and now the meter only turn when the water is being used. I look forward to my $25 water bill again. Thanks.

We enjoy living here! The location is fantastic and the staff is good. However, our only complaint is the loud noise coming from our upstairs neighbor. This person makes a lot of noise starting as early as 3:30am, which is very disruptive to our living experience. The noise levels are so high that even earplugs can't block it out. Despite sending multiple complaints to the management, no action has been taken so far.

Water leakage on floor I called the maintenance number and they said they would get right on the issue. 45 minutes later the problem was resolved.

It seems as if tenants are moving out daily. Every time I see a resident moving, I have a conversation with them on their decision to relocate and ten times out of 10, it's because of roaches. The pest exterminator isn't practical. Fortunately, I have kept the roaches to a minimum in my apartment over nearly four years of residing here, but this is the worst it’s ever been. I will not be renewing once more.

i wouldn’t recommend living here to most people. our neighbors have been super loud and disrespectful.. we’ve run into problem after problem with our apartment and it’s not a nice area of downtown

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute delight! The ambiance here is top-notch, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The apartment is nice and the amenities are great. The people are friendly. Friendly people all over. However, there seems to be a few homeless people around because of the train station right behind the apartment.

I lived at the Arrive West End for a full year and really enjoyed my time there for many reasons. From the start, our property manager Yari was very warm and welcoming to my family and I upon move-in. She was always more than willing to answer my questions in-person and was very responsive over email. The application, touring, and signing/approval process was very smooth and I was able to do it all remotely quite easily (as I was moving from another state). Additionally, I found my apartment to be very affordable despite being a one bedroom adjacent to Downtown Dallas. The unit was very spacious, quiet (my unit faced the pool rather than the street), and well-maintained with appliances/structures all in good condition. Lastly, the complex itself is awesome! Located in the West End Historic District, you'll find a good selection of shops, restaurants, and even attractions such as the Dallas World Aquarium or Museum of Illusions. And a few minutes of walking will land you right downtown, and neighborhoods such as Uptown, Victory Park, and Deep Ellum are a longer walk or short car ride away! I was consistently impressed with the building's security presence, how quickly my maintenance requests were addressed, and how user-friendly the parking website and resident portals were. Not to mention awesome amenities including a pool/outdoor relaxation and grilling area, fitness center, clubhouse room, and a nice leasing office where resident events were regularly hosted! All in all, I really enjoyed my time at the Arrive West End. I experienced one insect issue which got a little better over time but was not fully resolved after multiple visits from an exterminator, however the property staff were very diligent in coordinating the treatments once I notified them of my issue. The issue eventually died down to a much more tolerable level than how it started. That was the exception in an otherwise excellent living experience in Dallas! I would highly recommend anyone who'd like to experience centrally-located urban living, with spacious rooms and great amenities, all at a more affordable price-point as compared to what you'd end up shelling out for an Uptown apartment give the Arrive West End a try!

I have lived at Arrive for over a month now, and I had a great move in experience! Yari, and Hayley in the office are very personable and helpful. I have lived at 6 different homes/apartments/duplexes and so far this is my favorite. Property is well kept, in a great location, and not massive so its not frustrating getting in and out of your apartment even with parking garage.
