I don’t know why everyone has bad reviews I had experience issues in my applications Jessica went above and beyond for our lease I really appreciate her effort in everything We didn’t experience any issues We really like the community and all the maintenance is great
This week is the proverbial straw that broke it for us. We were willing to put up with a cockroach infestation so bad you had to have everyone vacate and treat the building. Tonight There was an emergency where they shut the water off to the building and then 6 hours later at 9 pm still no word on status. This happened the same week the fire alarm has been going off no less than 4 times (once in the middle of the night), and both elevators were down at different times. Instead of treating us to breakfast burritos, BBQs and conciliatory drinks, please use the money instead to fix this place. Management team in the office keeps changing every few months. Will definitely NOT be renewing our lease.

The reality is the property is poorly managed; I can attest to this having been here 2 years. We are on our 5th manager and the promises that were made were straight B.S. Property is still fifthy and the fitness equipment is still outdated. You can tell me the company cares, because the capital investment and staff behavior says otherwise.

Move in was really easy Byron made it the best. When I saw my unit I fell in love with the view and all of the buildings amazing amenities. I definitely made the right choice !

I lived here since April 2021. It was a retirement dream. But the last year (25) took on different changes. Large dogs were allowed to move in and rules were not being followed. I got chased twice (2) by a large black dog. I sent emails both times voicing my concerns. We had a management change and things started to improve. But parking spaces were taken away, front door entrance is locked. Hard for deliveries to be received. The office help is unconcerned & rude in personality. I decided it was time to leave, so I did not renew my lease.

I recently stayed in this apartment for a few months, and overall, it was a solid experience. The location is extremely convenient — close to grocery stores, public transportation, and several restaurants and cafes. The building felt safe, with secure keycard entry and responsive management. The apartment itself was clean upon move-in, with modern appliances and a functional layout that made the space feel larger than expected.

Staff friendly. Major concern is dogs/pets are allowed by their owner to poop in hallway and in front of apartment doors!). Trash dropped on floors and elevator, uncleaned elevator. Particularly on weekends. Staff and maintenance frequently changing. Too few maintenance and cleaning staff to be available to do their job in a timely manner and thoroughly. They are overworked. Inspite of, these staff are courteous and aim to please. Hallways need updating with flooring in particular. Neighbors are very considerate. Would love to have a kids pool separate from adults pool. Better cleaning in recreational restroom and hand sanitizer and sanitizer spray for equipment.

So far so good. Community restrooms are always closed. Location is great. Staying close to the highways helps. Management changed multiple times.

My experience at Arrive West End has been positive. I have been treated fairly and have been extended grace and help, I needed through a very hard time in my life. The complex is going through a lot of positive changes. The new acting manager Sunny Poole is doing an amazing job with turning the complex around.

The staff is accomdative and understanding. Everything you need to do to move in is easily available online and it is quite easy to set up. however, i am taking of one star as mostly the apartment i entered on day 1 was okay but had a few probelms that we have had to ask maintenance to do and its been almost a few days until they took steps to correct it. There were a few dead roaches, broken glass int he kitchen and some hair in the sink, all taking away from an otherwise beatiful space.

Arrive west end is very good. Club house and the common area around pool stands out. Room sizes are good as well as kitchen island gives good vibes to ambience.

I could be more satisfied; my living experiences are over one year. The cleanness of the property isa problem for me and lack of adherence to community guidelines. The elevators are very unreliable. However, the property personnel are good. and responsive.

Water Leak Repair Great After the installation of the new Water Meter in August, my bill increased 2 times as much, from $25 to $75. After cutting back on usage, it was decreased by $25. I heard water constantly running and did a check. My meter was turning, the hot water heater tray was filled with water, but was going out the drain so it never completely filled up. After a maintenance request, a pipe was removed that was capped of, because it was causing the overflow from the pressure the new meter allowed to flow. The Maintenance Repair Person fixed the leak and now the meter only turn when the water is being used. I look forward to my $25 water bill again. Thanks.

We enjoy living here! The location is fantastic and the staff is good. However, our only complaint is the loud noise coming from our upstairs neighbor. This person makes a lot of noise starting as early as 3:30am, which is very disruptive to our living experience. The noise levels are so high that even earplugs can't block it out. Despite sending multiple complaints to the management, no action has been taken so far.

Water leakage on floor I called the maintenance number and they said they would get right on the issue. 45 minutes later the problem was resolved.

It seems as if tenants are moving out daily. Every time I see a resident moving, I have a conversation with them on their decision to relocate and ten times out of 10, it's because of roaches. The pest exterminator isn't practical. Fortunately, I have kept the roaches to a minimum in my apartment over nearly four years of residing here, but this is the worst it’s ever been. I will not be renewing once more.

I really love living at the Westend. The noise level is non-existent. The current changes in the cosmetics of the building is a great improvement. I like showing our place off with friends and family members. Plus the staff is really nice and friendly.
