The noise from the streets and neighbors is too loud. That's normal in old buildings. if you don't mind it, it would be great to move in. The maintenance and the stuff are great!

It’s a beautiful apartment it’s just next to a busy intersection and gets a little busy and noisy. I love the amenities and the friendly staff and it residents , the community gatherings are wonderful and the exercise room is good could use a little more equipment. The property and distance to nice restaurants are awesome.

Arrive has the best maintenance! They fixed both issues within 2 hours on the day I requested it.
Overall the facility is nice. My biggest problem is that they seem to have either very old HVAC, poor insulation, or something. We live on the 3rd floor and we asked about the what the energy bill would be during peak season we were told "$150 -$200 was the most that they had heard". Unfortunately, the first month we moved in during the winter month our first energy bill was $450. insanity. Also, we are now starting to get "warmer" weather (65 degrees) and our aprtment is now at 74 degrees. We aren't using the AC now but when it is in the 90's or 100's we will obviously have to and we are not excited about what that bill will be. Hopefully they will take a hard look at what is causing the issues. a house with double the SqFt won't use the amount of energy as this apartment does. It's quite frustrating.

I had updates throughout the process of my maintenance request which was very much appreciated.
The community is quiet big and all the facilities are so good and it is clean all the time and there are no maintenance issues in this community and it is very secured

Arrive has been the best apartment complex I have lived at and thats thank to the wonderful management! We have not had a single issue with Arrive since moving in almost a year ago and just renewed our lease because we love it so much.

Have nothing but good things to say about this place. The renovations/design are very modern and clean with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master closet/bathroom is very spacious and the third floor comes with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings! The really special part of this complex though is the staff. Sunny, the Community Manager is very supporting and you can tell she really cares about maintaining the community. This reflects highly on all of the supporting staff and there is a high level of accountability. There is no where we'd rather rent in Dallas. Couldn't ask for more!

I love the arrive community. It is very quiet but still close to everything in the city so I don’t need to travel far for work and play. Additionally I have had positive experiences with the leasing and Maintainence staff. I appreciate them creating positive experiences but giving residents a private experience.

Well, I’ve been really happy since I moved in. Location on is great for me as a SMU student. Maintenance has been really helpful in quickly resolving issues. Front desk very attentive.

Arrive is a friendly welcoming community. Apartment is nice and cozy not luxury but still nice with granite countertops and crown molding. Reasonably priced!

I love the community arrive and the staff. Sonny and Robert really take care of the place and residents. I recommend arrive on university. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is the rent is higher than I think it should be.
