One of the elevators on the North Side is often not working and this is most inconvenient. Finally when the elevator arrives it is overcrowded and this is most problematic when trying to get to work on time

My apartment community is quiet and friendly. There is no loud music in my area. If I meet any of my neighbors coming out of their apartment, they are friendly or cordial. The office staff are friendly but professional. They attended to any needs that I had. The maintenance workers are very helpful. They fixed any problems that I had in my apartment. I feel very comfortable and safe living here at Arrive North Bethesda.

Amenities are okay but management is unserious, particularly Sharon. Elevators are horrible and unreliable. Garage door has been perpetually open for weeks. Roaches in unit when we moved in.

its been a month since imoved in at my apartment here at ARRIVE and i like how its pet friendly. Whenever my friends visit, they can bring their dog pet and his name is Gelo and he has an amazing time everytime he visits. The people that lives here are also friendly. The staff here at arrive apartment are also helpful and nice.

Great neighborhood with metro near by. The management is trying to upgrade the property but I think it’s just too much to be done. I see lots of pets not being sent to designated areas and owners not picking up after their pets.

Horrible communication with the residents. Non responsive to many valid concerns. Building not secure and elevators constantly break down. Front desk has lost or given my packages to the wrong person. When I complained and provided a photo that it had been delivered they acted like it wasn’t their problem.
This apartment complex has a lot to offer: very large pool, cornhole area, grills with free gas, a community room with a pool table, five small work from home office type areas, a child’s play area, a conference room and a gym. It’s renovated and nicely maintained; however, does have issues. They still have issues with cockroaches. Additionally, they refuse to turn on the air conditioning until May 15 or until it has reached 68 degrees out for a whole week. It has been 87 degrees inside my apartment for two days now and it’s 75 degrees outside. This is miserable and to have to deal with and for anyone who has children is even worse. We pay so much to live here, we should be able to control the temperature of where we live and even in the winter we have no control over it. There’s no way to turn the heat down and when it’s really cold out we have to resort to cracking the window open. Something’s got to give with this or it will majorly drive people away.

India, Ty, Sharon, & Tamika are great! Love that some of the amenities are 24 hours so, that’s a plus. And the Conceirge is always pleasant. Tory is always helpful too!

I have lived here for a long time, and unfortunately, the quality of living has significantly declined since the new management took over. Their primary focus seems to be money rather than maintaining a safe and well-managed community. It appears that tenant screening has become more lenient, raising concerns about security. There have been incidents where law enforcement, including SWAT teams, have been called to the property, which is alarming for residents. Additionally, the leasing office staff has also changed, they all are unfriendly often unhelpful and unresponsive to tenant concerns. Maintenance issues are frequent, with elevators frequently out of service. The pipes are usually broken where you can have water dripping from ceiling bathroom to your place! Overall, the management’s lack of care and the deteriorating conditions make this a frustrating and disappointing place to live. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and well-maintained apartment.

Don’t waste your money on this place. There are rats constantly around the apartment and when you submit a work order they either take a week to “complete” it or lie that they completed the order. I know this is the case because one time we left our dog outside of her cage and they didn’t even come in the door because of her being out. Then, we had another rat problem in Feb of 2025 (same issue that still wasn’t solved since summer of 2024), we submitted a work order and left her out inadvertently and that same day we got a “work order completed” notification. So either they lied and marked it off completed to clear out the ticket or they went to a different apartment and treated it for rats and marked ours by mistake. Either way, it’s terrible. Don’t even get me started on how inconsistent the elevators are. They’re the slowest elevators I have ever encountered. If you’re going to spend over $2k for a one bedroom, please spend your money elsewhere.

-smoking in stairwell and in houses to where the vents all smell like smoke in your house. -inconsiderate neighbors, basically this is the ghetto apartments -animal poop and pee everywhere, hallways stairwell common outside area that’s not for Pets -moves issues -no one hearing you out, tell you they will do something but nothing gets done

Arrive is a nice place to live because the hallways are peaceful and so many people have fun while here. Dogs are always having a great time while walking outside.

The location of the property it’s in ideal area. Close to everything, metro, bars, pike and rose, stores and malls. However the building it self it’s very old. Elevators are constantly not working, pets are not properly taken care of and the small of smoke it’s constantly an issue.

It is way too hot in my apartment. It is over 80 degrees in my unit whenever the temperature outside reaches 60 degrees or higher. There have been several days when it has been 87 degrees as a high inside my unit. I'm miserable and I'm begging for some help but receiving none. I bought a portable air conditioner but it isn't helping because the windows get so hot.

This is an older Building needs work but the new management is working hard to renovate . Lots of improvements necessary and probably coming soon so hopefully things improve here

Love my neighbors. It's very quiet and peaceful on my floor. The staff are attentive and get things done in a timely manner. Everyone is so friendly and kind in the community. I really enjoy living at Arrive North Bethesda

New Property manger is approachable and an issue solver. The loss of 24 hour concierge and no intercom system creates a safety concern. Pet designated elevator(s) should be in place to avoid the inconvenience of pet waste

I've been here for almost 8 years. For the price, it's the best place to live in the area. With all the upgrades,it's made living here and even better experience.

Concierge people are not so friendly. You better have lots of patience with them. Hook to their phones or taking long breaks. Sometimes they don't even help you carry your package to your cart which is park infront of her btw.

I love this apartment building because of all of the amenities it offers; however, it’s a very old building and has huge issues with cooling and heating. I don’t even have to turn my heat on in the wintertime and in the summer, the AC needs to be set high. The building has a system where the AC turns off once the outside temp reaches a certain low degree and it becomes unbearably hot. I’ve seen my thermometer hit 90, meanwhile the lobby is comfortable in its AC, so I’m confused as to why we don’t have the ability to control our unit’s heating and cooling. The building also has issues with mice and cockroaches. I haven’t seen a mouse but have heard from others about them. I’ve seen cockroaches and we keep a really clean apartment. The maintenance team is excellent and comes quickly to fix anything. The staff is extra friendly and throws a great party. The people are really nice and the location is great. We hope to stick around and we also hope these issues resolve.

I recently moved into my new home, and I couldn’t be happier! The space is absolutely amazing – spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The open layout allows for plenty of natural light, making every room feel warm and inviting. The kitchen is a dream with modern appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining. Very good, the maintenance is efficient, the security could be improved a little, but overall it is a good experience... I just did a renovation because the uniqueness of the building is excellent!!!

Buena experiencia en general , algunos inconveniente con las mascotas de los residentes porque sus dueños no cuidan de sus necesidades donde deben ser y además limpiarlo , otras vías que se pueden solucionar como el tema de que ingreso al edificio debería ser más estricto !!!!

The neighborhood it’s amazing. Metro near by, pike and rose near by with bars, restaurants and movie theaters and places to walk. The building is old though, the gym needs new equipment and some residents do smoke inside the gym area.

The floor plan we were given does not match the apartment we were rented. The fridge was supposed to have an ice maker. Not there. No walkthrough allowed and several things needed fixing. some still not done. Elevator not reserved for move in so movers took longer and move cost us more. Apartment not wired for cable or internet, Xfinity finally got out here and had to run cable from master bedroom - only working connector.

I moved in on August 1st and so far I love it here. Friendly staff, clean environment and walking distance to a lot of great food places. I would highly recommend moving here

There is no service elevator. You have to move in/out using the regular elevator which is not too big. I had to throw away my living room couch cause it won’t fit in the elevator. Everything else has been good so far.

I just moved in, but have had my keys for a week. I've inspected my apartment and found issues. I actually got to see if before I signed the lease and before they cleaned it from the previous tenants and it was filthy, but they got it clean. I then inspected it and found a few issues and let them know. I was told to put in maintenance requests, but it's been 3 days and no one has fixed any of my requests. The elevator has been down for a week at least ( it was down when I picked up my keys). The communication in the office is lacking, but the concierge is helpful. I hope I've made the right choice, but am already uncomfortable.
