It's been 16 days since I opened a work order for the dryer, which stopped producing heat and drying 2 weeks after I moved here. I contacted them through all means possible, including 5 office visits, 10+ calls, texts, emails, you name it. No use. They refuse to fix it even though the maintenance guy came last Monday and fixed a work order I submitted later than that, which is a broken dishwasher (also broke in two weeks) that is less urgent and promised to come back to fix the dryer the same day. Oh yeah, and the dishwasher was not fixed, it was briefly, and now it's completely broken, even more broken than before. Before it works 50% of the time, now it works 0% of the time, and I had to submit a brand new work order which will never get filled because guess what, it's been 16 days since my last work order had opened!

Living at Arrive Fort Lee has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The apartments are clearly getting old and are in desperate need of renovation. What makes it worse is the complete lack of maintenance — they either take forever to respond or just ignore requests altogether. The HVAC system is insanely loud — it sounds like a jet engine every time it kicks on. It’s hard to sleep, work, or even have a conversation in peace. For what they charge in rent, you’d expect at least the basics to work properly. Save yourself the headache. There are way better places in Fort Lee for the same (or less) money. I seriously regret moving here.

I left this review 5 months ago. Arrive Fort Lee charges a premium "gated" community rent, but they provide next to no service. Everything is always broken, mismanaged or delayed. The people that live here are children who are disrespectful - incapable of following the most basic common courtesy. Maintenance consists of the laziest people I've ever met. I would suggest Arrive Fort Lee only if it was between here & homelessness. I cannot wait to complete my lease. Avoid at all costs. They responded with, "Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know your experience. We strive to provide a positive living environment for all residents and are sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. We are always working to improve and welcome you to share any specific details you might have at arrivefortlee@trinity-pm.com so we can continue to make the necessary adjustments." So that was 5 months ago & Arrive Fort Lee then proceeded to do exactly nothing different. Front gate is still broken every other week. The building 3 elevator has been out of service multiple times this year & the fire alarms go off weekly. You can also just straight up get into building 3 w/o a key fob because the door is broken. The solution? Duct tape the handle shut instead of fixing it. Arrive Fort Lee is always sorry for the inconvenience, but they should don't mind causing inconvenience.

I'll be honest—my partner and I were initially hesitant to move in because of some of the negative reviews. But I urge anyone reading this to remember that people are often quick to share bad experiences and less likely to post when things are going well. Now that we've been here for almost 2 months, I truly couldn't be more grateful to call Arrive Fort Lee home. So much so that I felt compelled to leave a positive review. The property is incredibly well-maintained—always clean, peaceful, and quiet. The amenities are beautiful, especially the on-site gym, and my dog has absolutely loved making friends around the community and in the dog park. The staff here is exceptional. Everyone is warm and welcoming, and I have to give a special shoutout to Rose and Turika. From day one, Rose made the process of touring and moving in so smooth. She’s always quick to respond and eager to help with anything that comes up. Alongside many others, we’re planning to be long-term residents at Arrive because it’s a truly wonderful place to live. I'm so thankful we made the decision to move here!

The apartment has suited me well, and it's conveniently located for where I work. Definitely like that it's dog friendly. Haven't needed many, but my work requests have been handled promptly.

Beautiful place but poor management. A lot of rules and but they never follow up, so tenants do whatever they want, and when you complain by e-mail, the office never responds. Gates are always broken and open.

Rear gates are frequently broken. Front gate is mostly open with no one guarding. My building lobby door is often broken. All side entrances to my building can be opened without any key. Once or twice a month I have to call security due to excessive music playing next door during late nights. I have been charged errorneous fees 4 times which I had to call in to get removed. I have to monitor monthly charges each month to check for any discrepancy with the bill. The local staff mostly are courteous and helpful, but very challenging to get a hold off with the exception of security.

The management team will be nice to you until the moment your lease is signed, after move in they will never reply to a single one of your emails. They do not fix anything that breaks despite promising fixes all the time. They are attempting to not honor a 1 month free promotion they offered last year, which is an extremely shady business practice. The complex is dirty getting worse monthly.
It is very nice to live here. It is a quiet and beautiful community. Referred several friends and many of them actually moved here and are enjoying living here.

Poor management, noise neighbors. Residents walk their pets and do not dispose the pet waste properly. The trash room has garbage bags on the floor all the time. Management office never replies emails and ignore complaints.

Had a HVAC issue that resulted in high pseg costs and took way longer than it should to have been fixed. No sense of urgency. Back gate is open almost all the time, front office cant spend money to get it done right but instead will allow their front office to flood twice snd spend stupid money to fix those issues. Ha

I have recently moved to Arrive and it has been by far the best and most seamless experience. I had a few minor maintenance requests that were immediately addressed in less than a few hours post-submission. Accessibility and communication is top notch here, and I am incredibly happy to have decided on Arrive Fort Lee as my new home.

maintenance service is very effective and convenient. Repairmen responded very fast. I can choose those more experienced repairmen, which is flexible.

The people I've run into are nice, but I do have issues with this being advertised as a gated community, but the gates have not properly worked the entire time I've been here. Also, the clubhouse flooded which means we no longer had access to the pool or gym. While I'm understanding of that, they should be more transparent about timelines of when the clubhouse will be back open or when the gates will actually be fixed.

People keep parking in front of my garage when I call The office never answers the phone . It waluld be nice if they had a line just for this issue because I keep getting to work later because I have to wait for people to move their car from blocking my garage

Resident don’t help to keep the building clean. They dispose garbage bags on the floor in the trash rooms. Pets soil the carpets and their owners don’t clean it. People don’t respect parking spots.

I did not have a good move in experience and my apartment was not what I expected and promised. I’m very dissatisfied. This apartment is not worth the amount of rent that I am paying. The property is not well maintained and the security is not up to par. This community is trying to compete with other luxury building but is not meeting the standards.

This complex use to be great ! Years ago. Now always short of staff maintenance takes forever the bldg are always dirty and smelly elevators aswell ! Pool area doesn’t get clean . Management office just focused on the office area to comply when new residents comes for tour . After you move here your apt start getting molds the entire year maintenance will come after several complain fix it but will get the mold again .

I just moved out from this place. The place is not expensive but the leasing office is terrible. They tried to overcharge me so many times. When I went to the leasing office to choose my renewal option. The manager was away, so I couldn't sign the contract, but I chose an option to secure my place. Despite making several follow-up calls, I got no response. On October 4th, I picked up the documents, signed them with my roommate, and returned them on October 5th. Linda assured me the balance would update on the portal, but it showed $0 all day. On October 6th, I received a notice saying I owed $825.24, including a $200 late fee, which is unacceptable since the portal showed $0 until I logged out and back in. I talked to the managers, but they just trust their employees more so that I had to pay that late fee. After I moved out, they charged $400 for repaint the tub surface, I tried my best to clean it up, its just too old. When I moved in that apartment 1 and half years ago, it was i bad condition already. The leasing office is always rude to us, when I sold my car and tried to cancel my parking spot, they kept asking proof of selling??? Not a good place to live at alllllll! Run away from it.
Living at Arrive has been a good experience. Management has been understanding and helpful. Mostly quiet and respectful community. No issues here.

There have been improvements since we arrived. Some of them are maintenance team for inside and outside of the apartments. However, sometimes I have to walk into the leasing office to get a response. They are very absent or late on emails and phone calls. The leasing office also mysteriously closes at random times.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive to any maintenance requests led by Jose. The front office is amazing, led by Linda. Nicole and Hopkins are the counterparts who help keep the amazing atmosphere a fun, friendly and family oriented time. They all do great with the events held in the clubhouse based on seasonal holidays.. crushed Hallloween recently! GREAT Job team. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with modern amenities and plenty of natural light. The community here is great, and I've made some wonderful friends among my neighbors. Overall, it's a fantastic place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. Overall the complex is Ok, it's just some of the residents don't take pride where they live. They don't clean up after their pets, don't pick up after themselves when they make a mess, people who have multiple cars take the vistor parking and don't pay and the weed smoking in the bldg. The Property Management tries by sending out notices, but it doesn't work. All of these are violations to the lease, but people don't care.

Staff members very nice, but trying to talk to any of them over the phone is difficult. Also they need to enforce the rules. I see dog poop on the premises, cars parked in no parking zones, residents parking in visitors parking every day.
