Move in process was pretty easy, the property manager is really nice. But I literally just moved in and have had to put in 2 maintenance tickets already because a few things aren't working/broke immediately :/

It's not the worst experience I've ever had. The large amount of homeless people that sleep on the steps of the apartment are usually pretty nice.
The apartment is great. It has a small gym and a large rooftop! My studio unit is spacious with brand new appliances. Everything works great. The management is also really helpful.

Quiet and close to everything. Outside is a mess but so is every city in America right now. From my living space I see old beautiful brick and trees along with city and it’s lovely. I have been able to leave a package outside my door all day accidentally. The neighbors are solid so far! Maintenance responds quickly and management has been nothing but helpful and gracious. I like it. The only thing that kind of surprised me were the outdated appliances. When I checked the reviews/site.. it said that everything was updated that was the largest downside for me. Also, being so close to a shelter where there are a lot of unhoused people who are often outside of the building is something to consider.

The Living room is spacious and the gym is nice. The roof top complete with grills is wonderful to relax on after work. If you get the one bedroom it watch out for non locking doors to the bedroom itself

The trash system is not my favorite, the elevators are a bit slow and I’ve gotten stuck in them a few times, and someone stole my package. Otherwise good.

Arrive First Hill has undergone a quite the transformation under new management, and the changes are simply stunning. The updated décor has created an inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The upcoming upgrades to the rooftop and gym look so good, I can’t wait till they officially open. I can hardly wait to see the rooftop views and BBQ with friends this summer! The Staff is also extremely sweet and easy to communicate with if you are having any issues.
New company came in and started raising rent while not addressing tenant concerns. The grounds have been filthy ever since they took over. Okay location but not worth the price or management induced headache you will endure.
They collect a fat rent but don’t want to be bothered with tenant concerns. No one will answer the phone if you need assistance. Expect your delivery packages to get stolen. And don’t expect any response or help from the so called on-site staff. THE worst. Stuck till lease ends.
