Beautiful community with plenty guests Parking. However, Guest Parking spots are not well utilized. Guest Parking spots are empty all nights while residents struggle to find parking around their building after 10.00pm.

So far this place is lovely. The staff is great and the grounds, are wonderful. Really friendly neighbors in my area. The place is accessible to many hot spots in the surrounding areas.

Resident Experience at Arrive Alexandria (2-Week Stay) I recently stayed at Arrive Alexandria for two weeks, and it was a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern furnishings. I appreciated the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The building offers excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, and a cozy outdoor courtyard. The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance. Overall, the community was quiet and friendly, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I had a comfortable, hassle-free experience, and would definitely consider staying longer.

I have been loving to live at Arrive Alexandria. The building is clean and the staff is friendly. We had no problems moving in, it was very smooth and Eric was helpful. We got an apartment with brand new appliances, I was the first using them, we were very happy about it. We had to schedule maintenance twice, which were no big deal problems, our washer was disconnected from the water and our shower had low water pressure, and Charlie came and connected the water and gave us a newer shower head and everything is working great. I am very happy with the space we have in the apartment, residents are quiet and respectful and we also got nice sunset view to appreciate every day. That was a great decision to move there. Hope things stay good that way!

Fair enough for the price of the apartment. No crazy amenities. Common areas are not clean. Package lockers are not functioning so packages get lost. Very limited parking spaces But maintenance people are good

I’ve seen so many rats running through the lower garage and it typically smells like trash. I know the staff is cleaning daily but they are still running through. We pay too much to have rats running through . Also, garage leaks fluid on the windshield. Th apartments aren’t up to par. My dishwasher looks old. I don’t trust it to wash any dishes. Just disappointing

So far so good I'm loving the floors, it's quiet and the residents are friendly. I'm still in the process of moving in. Looking for new furniture and trying to figure out my color scheme.

Charlie and Jose are awesome! It's always nice to see Charlie and there's a new guy Jose come to take care of our maintenance needs. These gentlemen are extremely polite they explain everything very courteous and they get the job done. The key about maintenance is number one you want the problem fixed and quickly, But the human element is always a big part of every service and I have been blessed to always receive excellent customer service and it is greatly appreciated.

Lots of fees during move in with the only reasoning being “it’s our policy” but move in was fast, maintenance is SO NICE. Noise is very easy to hear due to age of apartment, and our utilities weren’t connected when we moved in

I like everything things in this apartment but the maintenance and cleaning is not good enough. My moving date was July 1 but still waiting them to finalize the cleaning and maintenance. Today is July 9

Very nice location and the apartments are spacious. There are some issues with mail lockers. The lockers are not working and are not being used by the mail or parcel companies.

Aside from my vehicle and friends vehicle being towed several times, I also have not received apartment commitments that were promised (cabinet, stove, initial cleaning, etc.). All of which I have inquired about numerous times.

Lately I have seen the lobby door open all the time of the hour and as well as the codes not working. Building 225 elevator is extremely slow to the point of elevator door opening and closing very slow.

Having responsive maintenance team has been the best part. Water bills seem excessive. Hallwall noise could be better with thin carpeting. The exterior is typically clean and maintained.

The gym was renewed and looks a lot better. Maintenance team is always on top of things and very efficient. However, if you need assistance from the leasing office, might be a little difficult, my roommate found someone else to replace me and like it happened to me, they can’t seem to figure it out how to make a new login.

The move in experience was a little bumpy at first, however, from the tour date to the date of application and signing all the forms, I would say it went pretty smoothly.

It’s an alright place to live. You get what you pay for. Its not bad and the neighborhood doesn’t feel unsafe so I think its fine. Close to everything.

So far everyone seems really nice! I do wish there were elevators at either side of the building though, having to walk all the way back to the center gets a little old.

It is definitely apartment living. Shared washers and dryers is hard to get used to when they are left dirty and caked on used soap. Maintenance is good. Halls are cleaned daily.

How often does someone tell you they are proud of their property manager? I've certainly never heard that. Arrive Alexandria has a new Manager, with a wonderful team in our leasing office. They have been employing measures to enhance the customer experience for the residents, in not only helpful, productive, but really fun ways. I love living here. I am proud of my individual unit, the property is convenient, safe, and it's clean. The property management team is very responsive to needs as they arise. Great place to stay! Walls are a bit shallow but everyone here is so nice! Not too loud at night. The apartment set up is nice with spacey rooms!

This is the first apartment where I actually accepted a renewal. The neighborhood is awesome, maintenance is the best! The location is perfect for me, and the leasing office listens to the residents' concerns. I hope they will provide more improvements to the gym and add some more amenities like game room or something. But for the price, this is so worth staying!

I have been living at arrive since August and to be honest, it’s an Ok place. The 200 building is not safe at all. Anyone can get in the building without the key. The gym has a lot of missing weights. Every week the cops are there. Don’t ask me why. However, maintenance team is very quick and friendly. That’s it. If you have a tight budget and can put up with it, good.
