If I could zero stars TRUST ME I would! Gunshots very often, people breaking into your car, crackheads walking around the complex dumpster diving and wandering into peoples homes, trash cans overfilling constantly, roaches everywhere, belongings getting stolen from laundry units, trash scattered around complex, all of these things happened while here we will be telling all of our family and friends about our experiences for sure! Management is awful and the staff is very unhelpful they seem very insincere and try to squeeze money out of you. If you value your safety, mental health, and the safety of your family and loved ones please look anywhere else!

They tried to raise my rent the last few months I was here! And wouldn't call me back when I called the office. On top of that they never repaired my apartment after the feburary storm!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this complex! The management and the roaches are what makes it a terrible place to live. My issues: It is not ADA friendly. There are multiple staircases with no handrails and multiple slick spots in the concrete that are dangerous when it rains. They charged us preemptive rent in case we did not move out on time and then they charged us a second month instead of a reletting fee because we did not give enough notice. A reletting fee, per the lease is much less than a month’s rent. There is no set price for anything and they charge what they want when they want. There is no safe way to receive mail. The mailboxes and Amazon lockers have been forced open on several occasions. Packages are just left loose in the package room when the lockers are full. Management used to have a locked storage closet pre-covid that was mildly effective at keeping the packages safe. However, one of the employees gave out the code to the closet. I lost about $500 worth of things when I moved in because I was unaware of the theft problem. They did nothing to help me recover the cost of the packages that were stolen from their “secure” closet. I was blamed because “I didn’t pick up my packages quickly enough”. Same day pick up isn’t quick enough for them. Management has been aware of this issue the entire time and have yet to fix the security cameras or do anything. They value thrives more then residents! There are so many roaches they would crawl on me while I slept or tried to work from home.There are dog droppings everywhere and the dog park fence is broken. They do nothing to enforce the pick up after your dog rule. They do not treat residents the same. They offered one a month’s free rent when he threatened to move out, but charged our neighbors and ourselves preemptively for an extra month’s rent when we gave notice. Management is useless, lazy, rude, and incompetent. It was a toxic situation to have to try them fix anything or to report issues. If you move here, just know that it isn’t a safe place to live, you are not a priority, they prefer to support the thieves instead of resident, and you will lose lots of money between the thieves and crooked management.

If I could give "The Array" 0 stars I would. This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of living in. Severe crime occurs regularly at the Array and the office staff and "security" have done absolutely nothing to acknowledge or deter crime here. Last year a resident with a known criminal record abducted several young women and raped them in his apartment. This resident had numerous complaints placed against him for months prior to this event and the office did nothing. Drugs are sold in the parking lot daily. Drug dealers live in this complex. Prostitutes frequent Burton Dr. bus stops and you will definitely find used condoms in the parking lot every morning if you have to walk your dog here. Every night there are several groups of people who use the parking lot as a party area and play loud music and leave empty beer bottles everywhere. This is literally the only complex on the street that does not have a gate to deter crime. The security company is a joke. If you call and actually get through to someone without being placed on hold for 30 minutes, you can bet that they will be super rude and probably not send anyone out for at least an hour, if at all. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE SAFE HERE. If you do the office tour and don't get that impression, trust me. Drive down Burton Dr around 11pm`and you will have a better idea of what it is like to live here.

I have lived at these apartments for 2 years (nothing else I could afford). My roommate and I have had numerous issues. Between the A/C freezing every year and causing damage to the ceiling. We have had issues with pests (roaches) and they are never able to resolve the issue. The management has been atrocious. Tiffany was NEVER available and when you would finally get comfortable speaking to one leasing agent, they would be relocated. Parking is terrible, Cars are broken into regularly. Crime is high in this area and at the apartments themselves. The building is held together with little "duct-tape" style fixes and is never fully fixed. NEVER try to use the on-site laundry facilities.... they are ALWAYS broken. As well, if you live near one of the trash dumpsters, I hope you are a hard sleeper. They come and pick up between 3:30am - 5am and with paper thin walls, I can promise you, it's louder than your alarm clock. Also, you will hear your neighbors, and smell your neighbors (both in a good and bad sense). My neighbors were HUUUUGE Pot Smokers, I could always tell when they were smoking because my apartment would smell so bad, I'm pretty sure we were getting contact high. I can't believe I actually have to mention this, but their are prostitutes that hang out around/in front of the complex at all hours of the day. The one thing I will say that is positive is that they do not currently have breed restrictions on dogs.

I've lived here almost a year now and I'm sad my lease is almost over, I love it here! I wish I could renew my lease but I recently got married and now I gotta follow the hubby. But... The location is great and affordable. Spacious units. The amenities are incredible. Pet friendly. Quiet (where I live at least) I have the best neighbors!!! The walls are NOT paper thin here!! The staff is awesome!! I've never had any issues with any of my requests, they have always been taken care of right away. Thanks Array, you have been great to me!!

I really love living at Array. The office staff is very welcoming and go above and beyond to help me when I need something. Also they have a lot of cool resident events that I go to. I've met a lot of cool residents here too. This place is Ah-mazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Johnathan G.

I give them 3 stars. Not the worst place to live but there are better. The front office staff is super incredibly friendly and never shows annoyance at my constant complaints. The location is absolutely amazing!! love being so close to downtown! The community areas are super nice. The apartment themselves are ok...we have had a problem with bugs since we moved in and if you don't pay the extra for the "designer kitchen" your kitchen is not the greatest. Maintanance has gotten sooooo much better! I am definitely seeing imporvements in the over quality of everything here.

This complex is minutes from Downtown so the location is great. The apartments are spacious and the staff is always friendly!

I have been a tenant at Array Apartments in Austin, TX for just shy of a year now. We have had only the best customer service experience here. Ever had an issue arose, the management team never failed to provide efficient and amicable solutions. I would highly recommend Array to my friends and family Thanks! Sean

I LOVE OUR NEW PLACE I LIKE THE FACT THEY REMEMBER OUR DOGS NAME. THE MAINTENANCE ARE ALWAYS MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS UP TO PAR. GREAT STAFF AND I LOVE THE FACT THAT THE LOCATION IS PERFECT!

Great staff. Great prices for upgraded apartments. This apartment comunity has 2 dog areas, 2 pools and 1 great size gym. Pool was actually clean as in the pictures

its a great place to live coming from louisiana thay were friendly and help with everthing no problems and will refer anyone to live here

Big warning to anyone wanting to move into this apartment! When you first go to sign your lease they sell you on all their great amenities. They have an awesome gym, pool, basketball court, and soccer court. But all of these amenities require an electric fob key to get into them. Half of the apartment complexes keys do not work. Meaning that half of the apartment is paying the same rent as the others, yet do not have access to all the amenities. I lived there for 6 months and never had access to any of the amenities. I would be promised a credit for not having them but they never came through. They always went back on their word. On top of all this I never had a peephole on my front door (which is a violation of Texas law). Basically they never provided me a safe place to live. I was able to get out of my lease early because they never provided me safety. The district manager reluctantly let me out. But she also added it that it was only my opinion that they did not provide me safety. I told her no it's Texas' law opinion. And they broke the law. They had no choice but to let me out. But then they proceeded to try to find anything and everything to charge me for. They even charged me for water for the last month even though they knew I was not in the apartment that whole month and didn't use a drop of water. I warn everyone to stay away from this place. They will promise you things, and you will not get them!

I've lived at the arrangement for two months now and have a plethora of thoughts so far. Pros: Cheap! Cheapest I could find, actually. Enclosed dog park (and washing station). If your dog is anything like mine I'm sure you're sick of cleaning hair out of your drain. Located close to downtown and all major areas. Downtown is about ten minutes away, as is Barton springs, Rainey street, and South Congress. Cons: Roaches everywhere. No amount of poison is working. Super slow maintenance. We had put in 6 workers requests over two weeks, they finally came, and then they came again the next day forgetting that they had already been here. It's actually pretty hard to get anyone in the offices to call you back at all. Iffy area. Lots of drugs and prostitution going on. Loud! Tons of kids live here and are constantly running back and forth in front of my door. Even with being on the second floor. So no, I don't plan to renew, but if you're looking for something affordable and temporary the Arrangement might be for you.

I have lived here for a year now and constantly have problems with the apartment. The only redeeming factor is that the staff does try to fix problems when they happen.
