Property Ratings at Arlington Park
Arlington Park was my wife and I’s 4th apartment home since being out of college and it has been our overall favorite place to call home! Our apartment was spacious and warm while the property itself was clean and consistently maintained. Not to mention, the staff is friendly and always willing to help! Assistant Property manager Makenna and Maintenance Supervisor Tony always went above and beyond with follow ups and transparency to ensure all tasks were resolved! We highly recommend Arlington Park to anyone looking in the Columbus area!

Don’t live here. They’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you never see a dime from them back on the security deposit. I lived here for 2 years and they charged me $330 just for using the carpet! Whatever it takes for a massive conglomerate to keep a few pennies, they didn’t even replace the carpet. I was just charged for my “use” of their property for two years, which I guess isn’t what “rent” is.
Beautiful apartments & landscaping/outdoor space. Staff is nice, aside from one woman, but she recently went on maternity leave & her replacement is WONDERFUL. (Spring 2018) Maintenance is friendly and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues (even just help with washer/dryers). The pet area is nice, however the complex really needs more pet waste stations. Also, there are geese everywhere (including droppings). The ducks are great, but the geese are mean and messy. It is worth it to have the beautiful pond, however. There are nice walking trails behind the complex that are great for walking a dog! Some of our older neighbors are mean & bitter, but that happens everywhere in Columbus. We have lived here 8 months. Will update upon moving out as far as deposit/charges go.
They will try to evict you over an amount less than a dollar - happened to me when I did the math wrong ONE MONTH out of the 36 months I lived there. My neighbor was threatened with eviction when they were 6 days late with rent ONE MONTH... There are so many apartment options in the area, I would recommend you try to find another one. I paid a lot of money to live in my apartment and never felt valued as their customer.
Living at Arlington Park is similar to being on vacation, beautiful ponds with fountains and the landscaping is impeccable. We have a wonderful park to walk, run or bike in along with a private dog park. Absolutely love it here!
Nice well taken care of apartments. Most residents are outgoing and friendly. My unit had new carpet and all appliances were in good shape. The dishwasher was the one exception to this; it was very loud which sounds kind of strange to complain about but its VERY LOUD. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the facilities clean and in working order and are always friendly. The office staff are friendly to your face but don't expect them to work with you on anything that involves money. That's their number one priority and its very apparent in the information they choose and choose not to convey. Be very thorough with everything before signing a lease and its not a bad place to live. The other 2 reviews on here lack a personal touch and look like they were written by the Arlington Park office girls. I want to give the place an average 3 star rating but unfortunately most apartments I've looked at in the Columbus area have had similar or worse problems.
This community is great! The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff is so friendly and attentive. The apartments themselves have great finishes like granite counter tops and washer and dryers are included in every unit. Many floor plans are offered. Many community amenities like a pool, gym, business center, and movie theater. One of best communities in the area. Another great Edwards Community.
This is an awesome place to live! Maintenance fixes everything you ask within a day or two. The staff is professional and friendly. Many, many great amenities. Best of all there's a ton of parking! :) I highly recommend.
