Arlington 360

We LOVE the wonderful apartments, friendly and professional staff support, and the view from our window. Our cat did not need time to start enjoying his new home, too. Very happy with our decision.

Arlington 360 is a very different kind of apartment complex in Arlington- it’s up on a hill and like a little village. There are a lot of children and you feel their positive energy. The outside nature, pool and patio areas are ways to make new connections.

We just moved into Arlington 360 this past weekend, and the experience has been fantastic from the start. The property managers are incredible and extremely welcoming. They made our transition smooth and stress-free. The community feels peaceful and well cared for, and the city skyline view takes your breath away. We're already feeling at home and grateful to be part of such a well-managed property.

Food catering on Father's celebration was awful. Amenity too few options. Overly charged for indoor parking. Pls be reasonable with annual rent increase. Thank you for your kind consuderation.

Arlington 360 team has very good management leadership. Team staff all work hard and are cheerful and respectful to tenant needs.

Great location, well maintained, and professional and friendly staff.

The community is great and friendly, the staff is amazing and helpful with any need you have. The location is minutes from the city of Boston and a few great local businesses in the area. The view is amazing seeing the surrounding cities around the area.

The friendly staff will quickly resolve any concerns we may have. The maintenance team is also usually quick to respond. We can live with the greatest view. When it rains heavily, water leaks may occur, so caution is necessary.

Living here is very safe, clean and tidy. The neighbors are of very high quality. They greet each other when they meet. It's not noisy at all. The sound insulation is very good and it's very quiet. It's very close to the supermarket and there are also buses, which is very convenient. The staff are warm and attentive. I like here!

My son and I are relatively new to the community, having moved here in October of this year, and have been met with nothing but pleasantries. It’s hard to meet people and socialize during the winter months so we are looking forward to the spring and summer to meet more of our neighbors. Thank you

Overall is a great community. Management and maintenance people do a great job in keeping the place in good shape. There are some features that are needed tough, like the previously announced dog park, that we haven’t heard about it since its announcement.

The property has many amenities that I utilize on a regular basis--swimming pool, fitness center, community garden, and covered parking. Although I don't currently have a pet, I love saying hello to the resident dogs. The staff is friendly and very open to feedback and keeps improving the community. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I really enjoy living at Arlington360!

Living in Arlington 360 has been a unique experience. My family and I love living here, and we feel supported by the management team, who are fantastic and always there when needed.

Arlington 360 is a gorgeous complex situated at an elevated location that offers million dollar views. The grounds and inside the building are spotless and full of every amenity. Although stores are within a mile walk, there is an MBTA bus that stops right in front of the building. I'm happy that I chose this apartment.

it has been almost a week to stay in the new house. the neiborhood is very kind and very comfortable for myself and my family. there is nothing to request at this moment.

This is the greatest experience to move in Arlington 360! The staff members in leasing office are quite polite and kind. Rooms are comfortable and amenities are also wonderful! Totally, I love to live this apartment!

We were looking for a short term rental while house hunting and the team at Arlington 360 made it so easy to find a rental with reasonable rent, good amenities, and the flexibility we were looking for. So far, we've really enjoyed living here. The units are well maintained, quiet, and spacious with lots of natural light. The staff is kind and responsive. And the view of Boston is amazing.

Living at Arlington 360 is a wonderful experience! Surrounded by nature and with a privileged view that allows us to watch the incredible spectacle of the sunrise, I couldn’t ask for anything more. But I have! Whenever we need, the Arlington 360 team meets ours needs quickly! Even so far from our homeland, we feel at home! Living here is amazing!

I moved to Arlington369 after a fire in my home just before one child graduated from college and moved home and another child graduated from high school. It was a very stressful and difficult time and the leasing staff were unbelievably helpful. I had the opportunity to compare Arlington360 to a number of other rentals and Arlington360 was by far the best choice for my family for the following reasons: 1) location, 2) amenities, and 3) rent rate.

A friendly community and fantastic amenities are what I recently found in the Arlington 360. My family and I are enjoying every moment; the view is spectacular; the management team is fantastic.

The office staff Elsa and Dee are professional, courteous, and always helpful! They’re a great team in such a nice place to live! The complex is on the top of a hill which makes living here very peaceful.

This is probably the most beautiful location and layout in Arlington and the neighbor towns.

Arlington 360 is a well-managed living environment. The building structures are solidly built and renovated. The building stands firm on any challenge of bad weather like snow, heavy rain or strong winds. Tenants barely feel little and minimum effects of bad weathers. The management team gives residents very warm and human touch.

Its's very clean, well-organized, and close to lots of fun and important things.

My name is Ermie I have been leaving in Arlington 360 , for the last five years I have absolutely nothing to complain, this is the best decision, I made, best management, I am getting older the day that I move out, I hope its will be to a nursing home.

Quite peaceful community. Kudos to the maintenance team. The grounds are well maintained and clean. I love living here so far. Tom at the front desk is always friendly and answers my questions.

Arlington360 was built in 2013 in the best location of Greater Boston area. But its leasing office staffs are not helpful. The maintenance team is not expert and has poor skill. The building looks beautiful but is poorly constructed. Every winter, we have problems with freeze and ruptured pipes, no heat and hot water. One wing of the building always has problems overflowing with water. Tenant's moving is frequent. It means that inside building is not calm. Strangers are coming up to this area for smoking. I don't want to recommend this apartment.

Spacious and manageable space that's perfect for families (and even pets!). The area is peaceful and the view of Boston from Hattie Park is stunning.

Arlington 360 is conveniently located in a quiet town just outside of Boston and Cambridge. From the hill the complex is located on is a breathtaking panoramic view of the Boston skyline. The park overlooking Boston is filled with residents walking their pets and locals taking in the view. The complex is a pet friendly environment and one that is social for both the pets and their owners.

This is a brand new complex with a large number of amenities including a pool, gym and clubhouse. Most of the apartments have gorgeous views of the Boston skyline with floor to ceiling windows. The only negative is an unfriendly staff.
