My experience living at Arista has been overall positive. The building, amenities, apartment are all beautiful, clean and thoughtfully executed. The management team has been for the most part a great experience. Hopefully working through a few issues I've brought up. I look forward to living here for the forseeable future with a great experience of Arista as my home.

Living at Arista has been a positive experience for me, from signing my lease almost a year ago to now. The place is lovely; has an open and welcoming spirit and that begins from the management team. The team is as invested in the community as those of us who live here. Then, there is the location. Everything is nearby - a trip to the grocery store; walking trails, shopping and just exploring areas whether it be by walking or taking local transit. Nothing is perfect, but the management team tries to find solutions to problem areas, i.e. the package room. With the influx of more people, there are more deliveries and packages become a bit of hide-and-seek. I am amazed that these packages are as organized as well as they are. This is not an easy problem, especially during the holidays. With that, Arista is a welcoming and vibrant community. I have very pleased to be a part of it.

Definitely a great place to live! It’s close to UW campus and shopping centers, and is managed by a great leasing office that has made me so happy to be living here.

Me and my family have been here for the past 6mos and we absolutely love this apartment complex. Autumn is the leasing agent we signed up with and has always been helpful to us with any and all questions. Christian is the residence life concierge and he is SUPER helpful and friendly, he is always keeping us residents updated with events and news. The maintenance team (Oliver and Justin) are AWESOME. They are always willing to fix, help, or aid in anyway that they can. Very professional and efficient with all work that they do. I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex. Arista truly is the best apartment I have ever lived in. It is not just a place of residency but a true sense of belonging and a family friendly place that makes you feel at home and comfortable everyday. It is by far the best apartment complex in all of Washington.

I was very impressed by this apartment, and felt a different feeling as soon as I entered the door. The indoor public environment was very good, clean and with a good smell. Most places have been completely decorated, but I still look forward to more perfect changes in the future.

Where do I even start? Arista is more than what I wanted. All the staff are super friendly and professional. It’s easy to get a hold of them if you need anything. The building is very clean and organized. It smells good everywhere! The amenities are awesome. Can’t ask for anything more.

I haven't been here long but have already been impressed with the management and help at Arista. As a newcomer to the area, I appreciate the signage by the package room, showing different events happening in the area. Another little perk to living here.

The leasing office and on-site staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The building is well taken care of, and the maintenance crew is very prompt as addressing any service request you have. It is a beautiful property with great amenities, and the location is wonderful.

Public spaces are very tastefully designed, very high end too. Individual apartments are modern and lots of closet space! Tons of light in my 1 bedroom corner apartment.

Arista is a 5 star apartment in the center of it all. I am so happy living here! The convenience of its location together with the incredible staff and amenities make this the best place to live in Seattle - especially if you want to be near the U district. I highly recommend Arista anyone looking for a beautiful place to live that is close everything. It has everything I was looking for!
