I love this place and the amenities it has to offer. I would choose this over and over.
Seth the maintenance supervisor is very knowledgeable and fixes everything the first time the ac was down he sprung in to action. We asked for a portable but he said he couldn't sleep at night knowing he could have fixed the problem right then and there so he did I'm going to renew because the maintenance team the property is beautiful....
Excellent location, peaceful and quiet. close to shops and shopping centers. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Lack of communication from leading office is astounding. Moved here in August and have had proper running water maybe two of the months so far and there’s no one even trying to fix it. The roaches are immune to literally everything so good luck trying to get rid of them. Terrible complex.
This place is gross, they sell valet trash as a luxury but because of that the hallways are stained with trash juice through every hallway, the whole place smells like hot garbage, the elevators are very dirty with cleaning tools left inside. Seriously this place is gross, looks great on the exterior but the insides are nasty.

Cars get broken into all the time because management refuses to lock side gates and ensure the parking gate works. I am charged new bogus fees every month and my rent is more than $150 what I expected when I signed because of hidden fees. Not a single one of my maintenance requests has been responded to within a week - I have 2 requests that have gone unresolved to for over 2 weeks right now. Office staff is rude and insulting - I would never sign to live here again.

This apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare. They claim to be a "luxury community" but it is the most poorly managed apartment I've ever lived in. Constant problems, overpriced, just do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else.

Our car was illegally towed from the apartment complex. It had a sticker on the windshield as required by the leasing office. We had to park on the grass, because there were NO parking spots available. Instead of towing cars that parked there illegally without stickers, they tow their residents. This's outrageous. When we signed the lease we were told we would have TWO parking spots. We have only one car, therefore use only one spot. They had the license plate of our car, so the least they could've done is give us a call. Because of the incident we had to pay fees, take unpaid days off to retrieve and fix the car, because it was damaged during towing. Additional issues: 1. Gates always malfunction(contacted leasing office multiple times and asked to fix it - no result). 2. Valet trash only causes mess and it stinks. 3. Apartment floor is extremely low quality and makes bubbles. 4. Missing packages. No wonder, cause anyone could walk in and do whatever they want. 5. It's probably extremely important to light up the trees along the sidewalk directly outside of the windows, but the terrible blinds they installed don't help at all. Be prepared to buy eye masks.

This complex claims to be a “luxury” apartment complex, however the units were so poorly constructed and maintenance cannot/will not assist with issues. Cabinet, drawers, and doors don’t close properly. The vent fan in my bathroom literally fell out of the wall. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors phone vibrating. The hallways are so echoey that I’m often woken up by someone talking in the hallway outside of my apartment. Amenities are often out of order and other residents are loud and disrespectful. Do not recommend.
