Hey, I am pleased by the attention and care Ruth put into finding a home for me, the space is very comfy, clean and welcoming. The attention to detail and the great care was a bonus, everything is well organized and the process was handed in a very professional way. I am very satisfied because even after completing the process Ruth asked me some questions that showed me that she really cared about me and my needs. Recommended 100%
It was our first time renting and the process Was very easy and Quick. The leasing también is amazing especially Ruth always taking care of every detail. Manager helped us a lot. We love this place to live.
You will never get your deposit back living here. German cockroaches everywhere. Trash mountains from broken compactor. Just nasty,

I WAS THER FOR 5 YEARS the first 2 great ever since NOT A RESORT STYLE GO TO MOTEL 6 BETTER AND CLEANER NEW MANAGEMENT EVERY YEAR and they DO NOTHING Pool is green longer than clear no pool company always has a lot of algea dog poop everywhere, outsiders use pool and BAR B Q area more than tenants easy access to get into pool area, hallways filthy lousy power washing, bugs and WASP in hallways tv in pool area haasn't worked in 2 years, front gates always broken not save place gates open 24/7 light post lights are out garage lights out very dark at night, no parking,they tow a lot of cars loose dogs run around ZERO ACTIVITES THEY ARE BEGGING FOR TENANTS they give 1000 dollars for referrals but nobody referrers They rasie the rent every year new mangemnet every here constanly change mangers had 4 different mangers this year alone 6/2003 . you talk to front office girls they tell u ok we will take care of it then nothing happends they tont tell the managers so no use talking to them , car break in are commom police are ALWAYS THERE ZERO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OFFICE AND TENANTS Everyone i knew there for the past 5 years all moved out like i have . Trust me they take your money and do nothing in 5 years 7 different managements and 10 different managers Motel 6 is 100 percent better and cleaner STAY AWAY
excellent apartment excellent customer service, I was able to rent my apartment due to the attention of Mrs. Ruth who helped us and treated us very well especially with timely maintenance
I moved in a year ago and it was great until the Allied Orion Group took over. Now maintenance requests go unanswered for months. We're also having major trash issues where the trash is so deep by the mailboxes that you can't even get to the mailboxes. And the office is very rude
Terrible place to live... insecure, they open the cars for you, every month there are new charges on your bill, poor communication with the workers, no one is worried about not speaking Spanish despite the fact that more than half of the people who live there speak Spanish. the common spaces are dirty and very neglected. I do not recommend it for anything
I recently took over a lease right before there was a change of management companies. Janice from the last management company and Mia from the current company were extremely helpful during the process. Mia and Amber have both helped me and were informative and very kind. Since the change of management companies there have been quick maintenance improvements. The lights in my corridor prior to the change were all burnt out. I had put in a service request with the last management company. I never sent notification to the new management company however within a couple weeks there was light! There was a sprinkler water leak just last week and it was fixed in 48 hours! They have also been very prompt with gate problems. They are a little hard to get a hold of, but anytime I went into the office they were prompt to help me! And when you are there you have their undivided attention.
I moved in March 2020 and since then, the Maitenance had been sub-par... largely in part because the lead Maitenance guy was consistently getting replaced, so only the absolute bare minimum on the property OR in the units got done. Fast forward to the beginning of September 2020 when JIMMY, the new Maitenance lead stepped in. I thought “here we go again *insert eye roll*”. But honestly, Jimmy has met and exceeded my high expectations. For my husband and me personally - there was a bad leak in the roof above our bedroom. We had made note of it when we moved in, and every time it rained it got a little bigger but nothing was ever done. By the time it came across Jimmys desk it was just under 3’ x 3’ (started at about 2 inches). Not only, in a timely manner of him finding out, did Jimmy ensure that the roof was fixed to correct the leak, he got mold people here in the event that any was in the ceiling/wall (Shockingly there was none!) and the same day had the drywall people come and make it look like there was never a giant hole in our room! After it was fixed we had another solid rain and he called me to ask if I had noticed any water leaking (none). He truly cares about the residents here and about the property. He takes pride in his work and in his crew. If I could, I would give Jimmy a 10/10! If you’re reading this, thank you sir! If Arden Woods owner/management knows what’s good, they will keep this man and take his recommendations and input seriously.
