I have lived here a little over one year. This is a lovely place to call home. We are centrally located and the facility is beautiful and well maintained. There are activities where everyone can find something to enjoy. I've shared this location to others who have moved in or looking to move in at a later date.
Community is being established within Arden at Huntersville. The residents are fun, friendly and look out for one another. The units are bright, modern and comfortable. The shared spaces are maintained in excellence. Residents have ample spaces to entertain family and friends.
The Arden feels like home. Warm reception is very important and welcoming. Questions answered with a smile and complete courtesy.
My new home is fabulous! The Community is warm and very welcoming! Every question is always answered, with respect and courtesy ?? it truly feels like home!????
While the community offers some nice activities, my move-in support was poor: no orientation, inconsistent follow-up on questions (including lease change and grab bar), and an impractical box-disposal policy that only changed after I pushed. At this time I would not recommend Arden.
For the most part, the staff has been courteous and helpful. And the event coordinator has been phenomenal in planning on and offsite affairs.
At only 16 days of residence here, both the staff and the other residents are very willing to help and invite and just overall make me feel welcome and I really appreciate that!
Arden at HUNTERSVILLE is a new facility that welcomes the residents with open arms. Everyone has been so welcoming and inviting. I feel very at home here. Love it!
Everyone on staff has been very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Lots of beautiful amenities to enjoy, so you should be able to find something that interests you.

All staff members are helpful and courteous, including the person who picks up valet trash. I am meeting other residents through activities offered and enjoy the activities. It is a major transition to come from owning my own home to renting an apartment so I appreciate the help I have been offered.
