It an amazing experience to reside here for last 3 years. Everything is very organized and community as a whole is very pleasing. Its very neat and clean, club house has so many amenities especially starbuck coffee machine which out guests love every time they come to visit us.

Overall a nice place to live. Maintenance team is great and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments and clubhouse are modern and have great amenities! Noise levels seem to have increased since living here a few years which is not ideal.

Move on was fine. Storage unit was initially identified and quoted at $75 and then at move in it was an issue finding one and price was drastically higher.

Very cozy place nice appliances. The only thing I don’t like is the rooms are small. The clubhouse is friendly and love the monthly calendar events they provide.
Going on 6 years now living/renting here. Still enjoying my space and the amenities. Staff is still wonderful. The food trucks that come are always a nice treat.
Absolutely wonderful community. The Apartments are high end and exceed my expectations with the amenities. The clubhouse is a great time to spend with friends and family . This includes a game room, large pool and an outdoor grill area. There’s a dog park for your furry friends. You can host events with Their kitchen too. The gym is included too which is cool. Usually it’s not busy and you can access to a lot of equipment. I have had little to no issues with the leasing office, and with those issues they have handled them professionally and properly. I feel at home here.

Our 5th year here calling it home! We've seen a lot of neighbor changes over the years - mostly young couples pursuing their careers and moving forward- never because of complaints! It's a well run community, maintenance people on top of their game - the grounds are beautifully kept. They schedule several family events throughout the year for the residents and offer special "goodie & treats" days. It's quite thoughtful, appreciated and cute! It's dog friendly (breed restricted) which is how we originally came upon this community - and it's a pleasure to walk your dogs in a safe environment with convenient clean-up stations throughout the grounds. I rate Arcadia Run very high and 5 years here is proof! It's a private yet convenient area to commute from - wonderful amenities & I do highly recommend it here!

Apartments are nice. You can hear and smell what’s coming from your neighbors home. Grounds are kept clean. Maintenance staff quickly attends to any maintenance calls

The apartments are great and the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive if any issues arise. The smoke free apartment community policy is a bit of a joke at this point. People smoke all over the community and if your neighbor smokes inside their apartment, the smoke transfers to neighboring apartments. The office only sends out notices to the whole community or a specific building. We have been told that we basically have to take photos of the act, to have any actions taken.

quick response to any repair/service needed. still would be great if the game room aka billiard room can be used after office hours. nobody really play billiard during working hours since everyone (at least I would lie to believe) are working.

For the most part it's an extremely pleasant community to rent. We have been here for 4 years - we have dogs which is one of the main reasons we chose Arcadia Run. It's dog friendly and the apartments & grounds are well maintained. Quiet wise, the walls are a little thin and it's difficult if you have neighbors who aren't considerate. We were fortunate the first two years to be in a building that we felt was quieter - never heard anything - however we switched apartments to move to a lower floor and it's not quiet at all. Thats my only complaint. We still love Arcadia Run.

Living at Arcadia Run Apartments has been a wonderful experience. I moved here in Fall 2021 and recently renewed my lease again. The location of my apartment provides trees where I can relax in my small living room and watch the birds. The staff here is great, especially maintenance. They are quick to visit the issue and get it resolved. They are a very nice team and so understanding. The complex takes great care of the units providing quarterly filter changes to the HVAC, pest control, check fire extinguishers checks, and doing any outdoor power washings to balconies and exterior. The team also does a wonderful job with keeping up with grass for dog locations and bushes trimmed. Though I do not agree with the lease renewal rental hikes, I decided to stay here just because it feels like home. They are on par with the rentals within the area, unfortunately. Overall, it’s been great living here. The amenities are nice and the apartments are modern.

My husband and I have been at Arcadia Run for over 1 and a half years now and we love it! The maintenance continues to be so quick, so helpful and professional every time we need something fixed, the apartment and all the appliances have held up great, the amenities are awesome (we’ve enjoyed the pool all summer long), it is so dog friendly here (which we love for our pup), the area is very safe and the grounds are so well kept and beautiful. We go on walks every single day and love it here! Best apartment life!

The apartment complex is great with awesome amenities. However, you do have to pay a yearly amenities fee that is steep. Additionally it is quite expensive to live here already. The maintenance team does a fantastic job, but the office staff and management just changed over so I can't vouch for them right now.

Great move in experience. Apartment and community has been awesome. Cant wait to use the pool, starbucks cofee machine and gym. Very quiet as well .

It's certainly the best place to live. I have no complaints. I can't find anything negative to say about living here; everything is positive: the location, comfort, attention, cleanliness, environment, and the pool. Everything! My wife and I truly recommend living here.

It has been such a pleasure to live in Arcadia Run! All of the amenities are really nice and the maintenance team does a fantastic job. Tons of parking available and the clubhouse has a few events for the residents every month that are super cool. The apartments themselves are a level above a lot of others in this area also!

This apartment is very nice. The community is quiet and clean. It is very convenient that t there is designated parking spots for moving trucks near each apartment building making move in easy.

Everyone at Arcadia Run has been extremely friendly and helpful during our move-in process! We had a couple of very minor things that needed some attention upon moving in and they took care of everything super quickly. Absolutely no complaints thus far! :)
