Echo Farms Golf & Country Club winds through the center of the neighborhood, making this the ideal neighborhood for golfing enthusiasts, and nearby Halyburton Park provides more natural beauty with a nature preserve, picnic areas, a walking/bicycling trail, and a playground. Echo Farms is also five miles southwest of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington and 12 miles away from Cape Fear Community College. Property Ratings at Arbor Trace
It’s a great neighborhood, very little noise disturbances. Amenities are always clean and working, and if not, the team is quick to address any issues. They’re super nice in the office and are always coming up with fun things for the residents to take part in like trivia or free coffee and donuts, pizza night, we’ve had a movie night. I plan on staying here a while.
This is a brand spanking new property, with everything I have been looking for, and then some. I liked it so much, I left my application and processing fees with the office. Much better management than where I am living now. So excited! Cannot wait to move!??
I CAN'T WAIT TO LIVE HERE. I'M SO EXCITED THEY ARE BUILDING THESE BY MY WORK. GOING TO BE AWESOME!
