Arbor Place is a beautiful complex. The grounds are always well kept with a lot of wonderful landscaping! Office is staff are always polite, knowledgeable, and show compassion. I love my neighbors! Wonderful people here, truly more than an apartment THIS IS HOME!
I never thought I would enjoy living in an apartment complex, but this place is nothing like I expected. Everyone treats us great. Our two bed room unit is just perfect for me and my wife. The grounds are always well maintained as are units. Great place to live. I would highly recommend to anyone that likes a quiet place to live.

These apartments are beautiful and worth every penny! The closets are huge and the bedrooms just as big!! A walking track around the lake and a playground by the pond!! The year round pool and hot tube is amazing and a great value!!! $0.64 per square foot is the best in the North Bay school district!!!
This place is amazing!!!! This property feels like home/resort. So far the best apartment complex on the coast. Great stuff, nice gym, lay out is perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something close to home feel not another apartment :)
This is one of the best places I have ever lived in! I feel like Arbor Place Apts goes above and beyond to give you a warm place to call home, friendly smiles, always problem-solving and going the extra mile to help you get what you need! They are actually renting out limos so that the students in Arbor Place apartments can go out to the first day of school in style! That to me is crazy and it's going above and beyond to take care of its tenants!!! I really love this place ever since day one!

These apartments are amazing. The staff go above and beyond. The apartments are well maintained. There are too many amenities to mention. There are family events almost every week. All maintence issues are taken care of almost immediately.
This Apartment is the best I have seen. The grounds are so refreshing and clean. My wife and I are hoping to live here very soon
My husband and I have lived here for just over 2 years, and we are very happy still. The office staff is so nice and helpful, and our apartment itself is to die for. We have a 2 bed/2 bath, and it's very spacious. No complaints.
