Arbor Landing on the River

Hear me out… the rent is expensive, but truthfully for everything you get here, they could charge WAY more. First and foremost, the staff is UNBELIEVABLY amazing. I have lived in several apartments across the United States and have never seen more kindness, attentiveness, urgency, and GENUINE CARE from the staff anywhere else. The grounds are very well kept, the neighbors are incredible, the amenities are great! The complex even puts on events on almost a biweekly basis. The location can’t be beat. 10 minutes away at most from anything and anywhere you could want to spend your free time. 5 stars is not enough for this spectacular apartment complex. You will get WAY more than your moneys worth here.

I've been a resident for almost 1 year now and would love to sign another lease...but due the the noise level, there is NO peace and quiet. These are the worst built apartments anywhere by far. They are a perfect location, very beautiful and office staff is exceptional. When I say noisy, believe me, it's unbearable. I'm on the second floor, which is the worse by far. Sounds like someone is constantly walking on your ceiling or throwing furniture around all day. So, I guess the third floor would be quiet, but don't walk too hard. Oh, and if you talk outside on your balcony, obviously everyone can hear that too; because they bang on windows or yell at you to be quiet. I've spoke to several other tenants and it's the same story everywhere.... noise, noise, noise! I've complained numerous times, even had a staff member come to by home to hear the noise that's constant. They say there's nothing they can do about it! It's a great place if you have a good set of earplugs and don't really like to sleep .So, you been warned.

Granite countertops, massive kitchens, a resort-style pool, garden tubs, pavilion on the river...plus an awesome office staff! What's not to love?
