I’ve been here for a year and a half now and I’m still very happy with this community. The front office is very helpful and understanding. Response times to maintenance requests are very quick. The pool is great in the summer. My only thought for improvement would be better upkeep of the small dog park.
This has been a wonderful move in experience. Setting up my appointment to visit then getting into the apartment took only 6 days. I couldn't have asked for more, then moving in it was me and my son and then a neighborhood family came over and their boys helped us move. It was truly amazing. I needed a calm safe place to live and I found it here. Thank you.
Good place to live, but rent is very expensive and the refrigerator, sinks, washer and dryer, and carpet is out of date. The maintenance staff are courteous and prompt.

Everything has been wonderful so far. The office staff is so nice and very helpful! The only thing is that we didnt know where to put our trash and some other small housekeeping things, but the neighbors helped us out! The apartment is really nice and the soundproofing between the apartments is great!

The grounds are well kept. Maintenance is nice, knowledgeable and quick to show up. The front office is kind and helpful and there are events throughout the year for the kids and they love it.

Lovely place, my children like the community. A decent walk from the apartments to the grocery store. Neighbors are very friendly, besides the women under me. She’s not too happy with black people moving in.

Quiet, no loud music and sometimes they have activities in the club house. Place is good for pets and family and kids. Have a nice walk outside.

My experience with Aquia has been disappointing due to several ongoing issues that seem to be ignored. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of communication—they do not listen to attendance concerns, dismiss recommendations, and show little regard for personal property. Additionally, there are ongoing issues with the community environment. Neighbors allow their pets to roam without leashes, and many fail to clean up after them, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant situation. Despite these concerns, there seems to be little enforcement or action taken. Other issues include poor lighting in certain areas, making it feel unsafe at night, and a general lack of supervision. Unfortunately, rather than addressing these problems, Aquia often provides excuses instead of solutions. While this place has potential, serious improvements in communication, enforcement, and maintenance are necessary. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements meaningful changes.

I live in this apartment community and, overall, it's been an okay experience. The location is great and the amenities are decent, but there are definitely areas for improvement. The appliances and windows are outdated and could really use an upgrade. The appliances don’t always work as efficiently as they should, and the windows let in a lot of drafts. If the management focuses on modernizing these, it would make a big difference. Otherwise, the community itself is fine—quiet and reasonably well-maintained.

Good location right by 95. Quick maintenance, although it’s not always done right the first time. Gym could use some TLC and breezeways need pressure washed a lot more often.

It's not bad. Good neighbors and weird neighbors. But you live in silence and peace. The only thing is that whenever you find a problem it is from 8 am to 5 pm. You work and you can't waste all day waiting for when they're going to arrive to solve a problem

4 out of 5 stars because this community is safe and peaceful. There is ample accessible parking. The front office staff have always been pleasant and helpful. There is room for improvement. The workout area is very basic and it would add much value if that was upgraded. The kitchen appliances are also outdated but functional. They did replace my washer and dryer and that was greatly appreciated and well managed. The stairs and siding really need to be power washed. There is dirt, dead bugs and dried up fluids on both which is unpleasant to walk through as I'm entering my home. The maintenance men have to be specifically asked to wear shoe covers or they will walk into a carpeted unit with dirty/wet shoes on. But they are always willing to cover their shoes when asked and are generally pleasant and helpful. Overall, a nice place for a decent price. Not luxury but still home.

Would be a 5 but out of date appliances and dilapidated cabinets/counters and the front doors look like someone has attacked them on most units

Overall, the experience has been fairly positive, although there are some issues that need attention. For instance, the pet area lacks lighting, making it very dark at night. Additionally, people from nearby neighborhoods are disposing of their trash in the apartment complex's bins, one of the reasons its full so fast. There are also instances of individuals walking their dogs without leashes and large trucks or SUVs parked in a way that blocks the sidewalk. Furthermore, it has become challenging to carry groceries to the apartment since the parking lines were last painted, as there is limited available space near the stairs and the trucks or SUV. We'd appreciate a little bit of consideration when they park to give people space to walk.

I would like to express my positive experience at Aquia Terrance Apartment. So far, living here has been enjoyable. The maintenance team is commendable, acting quickly to resolve any issues that arise, which greatly contributes to a comfortable living environment. Additionally, the neighborhood is peaceful and inviting, making it a wonderful place to call home. However, I recommend that the management consider providing residents with more notice for maintenance days. A notification period longer than 48 hours would be beneficial, as not everyone can easily adjust their work schedules to accommodate these visits, especially those with pets. Nice location, close to 95. Walkable shopping center. Breezeways need power washed more frequently, though. Very dirty. And AC does not reach masters room hardly at all.

Pool is very clean and comfortable. I always enjoy it with my family. A nice GYM accessible 24/7! Very friendly where you really feel home. Exciting cooperative and friendly staff. I call it homme and rate it as 5 stars!

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Our wish is that the gym may have a bit more equipment and that the swimming pool may be supervised by a lifeguard. The majority of the neighbors are courteous and kind. The maintenance personnel are very efficient and respectful.

Location is good. Lived here for several years. The dumpsters overflowing issue has gotten better. The masters bedroom doesn’t get heat/AC and they say that’s “how the building is”. I’ve also had multiple leaks into my apartment from upstairs, but emergency maintenance is quick to fix them. There is a maintenance man that doesn’t seem to care about actually fixing stuff, though. Needed to make multiple maintenance requests to fix something he already “fixed”, but made worse.

Love this communities vibe! Very quiet neighborhood, convenient amenities and close to shopping areas. Glad I found this hidden gem for me and my children. Parks are close by and pool is perfect size. Can’t wait to see what else the property provides as we get settled in!

The work order complaints always get taken care of in a timely manner!As well as the office has always been very informative to residents. Also the food trucks are a great addition to the complex !

Quiet and safe area. They solve the problems quite quickly and with a lot of respect. They do activities and most importantly the silence that one lives here, or rather peace.

It's nice mostly quiet. Rental office is always having something for you to come by and pick up a little something like pizza party, movie night, candy, etc.

Would be 5 stars but the paved surfaces are rough and need repairs in some areas. Outdated cabinetry and appliances but other than that a nice and quiet neighborhood
Good location. Walking distance to a shopping center, post office, Wawa, and 5 minute drive to 95. Pool access during summer and a small gym.

Good location, so far as now good neighborhood. Management solve issues on a good matter of time and reasonable price for the apartment. Just need to upgrade some illumination areas and be great

Quite and chill neighborhood. The sidewalks and streets need to be repaired; but other than that everyone stays to themselves and when there is an event everyone comes together.

We love the area and how close the community is to shopping, dining, activities, etc. It’s very quiet and family friendly. We have only been here for a month, but we have enjoyed it so much so far.

Everything and one is lovely. The ladies in the front office are very kind, patient and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and offer suggestions. The apartment themselves are open and spacious. I love the floor plan.
