Aquia Harbour provides a safe and fun atmosphere to its residents. There is a variety of activities that residents can become involved in that are included in HOA fees, including golf, horseback riding, and community center. However, be aware of limited access points into the neighborhood and know the protocols for adverse weather.

I feel very safe in this area, but there are a large number of people living in this area. Traffic is almost always a problem and gas prices are slightly higher than just a little further south.
