About Applewood Apartments

At 1050 sq ft, our residents enjoy the pleasing spaciousness of their 2 bdrm/ 2 bath apartment homes. Each home features a full size washer/ dryer as well as open kitchen/ dining areas that include generous counter space with a breakfast bar. End units have built in entertainment centers. Each home has roomy closets and a private patio or balcony with additional locked storage. Vaulted ceiling amplify upper level models. Our model unit is available for viewing seven days a week. Saturday & Sunday are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Come and see our beautiful grounds. We're located off of Green Acres on a private, low traffic, dead end street. Just walking distance from Market of Choice, Walmart, Starbucks, Cafe Yumm, International Fitness and so much more! Our site will immediately give you a sense of community. As an Applewood resident you can enjoy our beautiful recreation room fitness center, and the private outside picnic tables with barbecues (covered area). We invite you to become a member of our community!
