      I would not choose to live here again, Had the leasing team been upfront about all of the additional costs on top of rent/garage, etc, I would have chosen to live elsewhere as it would have been less expensive overall. The building and the property are not maintained as they should be. Communication from the management team is almost nonexistent. Resident issues do not get addressed in a timely manner which result in larger more difficult problems to deal with.

      My partner and I love living here! We do hear some people say that they don’t/didn’t have the same experience as us, but we really don’t have much to complain about! Our apt is beautiful, we never hear our neighbors except for the ones above and the surrounding area is very central! I just wish the parking garage would get pressured washed! Other than that, the amenities, the size of our apt, the location are all great ??

      the outside is nice but the upkeep needs improvement, the leasing tell you one thing and will do another and get Amnesia so keep your emails. Takes them entirely too long to follow through and maintenance needs improvement not acceptable.

      Apex Apartments are nice to live in. The management do a great job. Some of the residents don't clean after themselves and what us worse- they don't clean up after their pets. They leave dogs alone for way to long. So long the dogs don't make it outside to "do their business". Other residents just don't need pets. Full stop.

      Only Rent Here If You Have Absolutely No Other Choice

      The pictures are nice, but they don’t look like that. Nothing is maintained. Moving in, I started noticing like half the things in the unit were broken. I’ll probably be charged for it. I’ve been living here a month and my car window has already been smashed and my stuff stolen while parked inside their “secure” garage, which I am charged a monthly fee for. The only thing I got from management was “don’t leave things in your car.” Speaking with the neighbors let me know that this has been happening for years; whatever actions are being taken to address it (if any) are not working, and it’s just a reality we have to live with. Otherwise, great place.

      Apex apartments looks nice from out side, but the parking structures specially P-3 is filthy dirty and smelly. Also it is not a safe place to live and once you signed the lease the team doesnt care to help you with your concerns. So please reconsider your decision before signing the lease.

      This place is almost the perfect apartment complex! Its very sunny and open and its in a great area. But people smoke in the elevators, the smoke in the garages and of all its marijuana so it stinks. Its a bone smoking building yet its not I forced that well. Also dont plan on having guests because residents park in there spots all day and night because they refuse to pay for parking. You guys need more parking spaces for an apartment complex this big. Besides that the apartments are really nice and have amazing layouts.

      Stay Away

      Honestly even though this place is cheaper than most, it is not worth it. Extremely poor management resulted in trash buildup at the hallway trash chutes as well as in both garages which people used as a dumping ground, no enforcement of noise policies, no enforcement of smoking policies. Delayed time in garage door repairs which led to multiple break in's, despite paying monthly fees to keep your car safe. After the first few months, they add additional charges like communal electricity, and then when you move out, they tack on every overpriced fee they can.

      I have been living here for almost two weeks and so far I love it! I am right by a plethora of stores so running errands is quick and easy. I live on the first floor and was worried about being able to hear the people above me but I cant hear a thing! Its a peaceful, quiet apartment with beautiful appliances and a great location. Can't beat it!

      Scary place

      There has been multiple car break ins,apartment break ins. Many amenities don’t work and or not clean. Noisy and if you have more than 2 vehicles your pretty much out of luck for parking . Never places for guests to park. I recommend not moving here. Way overpriced as well.

      Dirty, noisy, broken down complex with high rent. Manager refuses to enforce even basic rules about noise, loud music and pounding on the floor above you. Dog poop in stairwell every couple days with no cleanup for the last two months, despite 3 emails directly to manager Taylor, multiple work orders, and stops into the office. You can barely make your way through the stairs because of over 15 poop piles and pee puddles. Trash overflowing every common area can esp in garages at all times. Garages not secure- cars broken into and stolen from garages with management rude and unhelpful. Could have been a nice place, but bad service and lack of management are a big problem. Apt itself is spacious with nice closets.

      These apartments are beautiful, I love the luxury feeling of living here, knowing my car is safe and put away, away from the weather is so nice. Being so close to every major store is also a huge bonus! Residents here are so nice, and our dogs love the dog parks! Small, but it gets the job done! :)

      Looks pretty, managed horrendously

      Let's see...there have been nine fires I've personally seen in the mulch, four break-ins (two of cars (INSIDE the garage) and one of a storage unit - plenty of those happening too!), the front office being broken into with personal checks of residents stolen, three of my PERSONAL mailed boxes stolen, garbage constantly piling up in the chutes, the recycling area completely out of hand, dog poop everywhere, and the coffee machines are frequently broken, don't even get me started on the parking situation...yeah I would say my experience has been poor. Top this off with management that hardly responds to your concerns, and at best if they DO respond they'll pretend to give a crap when talking to you, but generally they'll be backhanded or rude...followed by nothing getting done. Honestly, how hard is it to put up a camera? How hard is it to send out an email to residents outlining concerns? How hard is it to fix something in a timely manner? Once it took six weeks to get our sliding door replaced. Our studio only has one "window" and it is this door. We had no fresh air without bugs for weeks. Honestly. Seriously...this place needs to get its crap together.

      Great community but the pet smell can be a bit much at times. The freedom of pets in common areas may be a bit much. Assurance that all pets are vaccinated and treated should be checked. I was in the elevator with one couple whose dog had pink eye or some bacterial infection and that was scary. Some neighbors are leaving items, I.e. water bundles outside of the door in the hallways. Parking lots are always full for the guests, which could mean that the parking passes requirements are not being adhered to. Finally, pool passes are not available but the sign in still out regarding bands to use amenity.

      Paper thin walls and ceilings

      My neighbors above me are CRACKHEADS. I have a serious migraine because I'm just trying to relax on a Sunday afternoon and for 4 hours straight they've been making the loudest noises like they are moving stuff around non stop and slamming things I have to blast my tv just to drown out the noise, they get home after midnight and the noise is non stop until I leave for work in the morning I can't sleep at night can't relax during the day because of them. It's HORRIBLE I go downstairs in the lobby just to get some peace and quiet ??

      Not worth it.

      I’ve only been here for 3 months and I already regret my decision. The management needs to improve on their performance their very nice but.. they need to do their jobs properly. If you add cable to your rent expect them to charge you for it.. but not make sure it gets installed. Also security is a big problem here. Should’ve listened to the negative reviews! Garage has been broken since I moved in.. worst part the door in the garage to get in the building is also broken and has yet to get fixed.. but if anyone breaks into the building and something get stolen or something happens.. the management or apartment is not responsible. Yet your lying an additional $75 for garage

      miss

      Place charges parking fees but parking space always taken and front desk changes women daily who keep making mistakes and giving my parking space away. They walk into apartment without giving notice. Hot tub and pool are useless and don't work.... only one gym machine works. Very pricey and do not let customers change or get room of their own choice. The place is noisy and even had garage broken into several times. Could not wait to get out of there.

      Application Refund Delay

      I have called 15 times and the staff as well as their managers never follow up with my inquiry. Since the middle of August, i have yet to recieve this refund. The on-site staff always seem to speak nice on the phone, but they don't seem to communicate with each other very well. First they tell me it will take 2-3 weeks, then the next call was 3-4 weeks and then later on tell me 4-6 weeks to recieve this. I followes their instructions and did everything correctly, no one called me back and i had to do all the follow up which makes no sense since I was the customer waiting for a response. This is poor customer service and if this is how the process works in the beginning than it must be worst as a resident. I would highly recommend not to rent feom this place.

      Room with a View

      This building has good views, its close to the mall, restaurants, shopping, and the freeway. The staff here is very friendly and the keep the place clean and smelling good! The gym is always clean along with the courtyard and pool area. I just love it!

      Apex Apartments

      Apex is a beautiful community with the sweetest community team and neighborly events multiple times per month. Prices are slightly high but well worth it. 2 lounges, a sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, conference center, tanning bed, and two gyms. Very friends neighbors
