I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment complex! From day one, the leasing team was incredibly helpful and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. I love the open layout, natural lighting, and updated appliances. It really feels like home.

We just moved in a few days ago and so far everything has been great. Zero complaints. Bozzuto hires the best. I’ve seen people complain of noises, but honestly not noisy at all. The location is awesome. Very close to the metro. This place is growing. So we’re sure we’ll see a lot more cool places get added.

Great experience so, about a year in so far. The maintenance staff is so helpful and kind. The concierge desk staff is amazing, and the residents have been lovely and respectful. I know soundproofing isn't the best but I never heard a neighbors conversation but I do hear heavier sounds such as moving furniture or heavier steps which is weird but tolerable. You can hear conversations if you are in the halls walking past a door and they are speaking though. But that is the only main issue. The apartment feels safe, the neighborhood feels safe, and it is close to the metro. Reston definitely doesn't have much going on but it is a pretty affordable location in a very great county, Fairfax.

We’ve lived here for over a year now. While there are some positives, there have also been a few challenges. We experienced communication issues with staff at the start of our rental term, which has since been resolved. However, it was an unpleasant experience initially, and I believe they could have notified us sooner to avoid us having to pay extra fees and penalties. I also wish there was more consideration for vegetarian/vegan residents during community events, as there are rarely suitable food options available for us. It is often noisy upstairs and in the passageways but I guess that comes with apartment living. That said, there are many positives! Maintenance is very efficient, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the amenities are good.

I will start with how amazing the concierge staff have been! Always pleasant and helpful! I dropped to 4 stars due to maintenance. I had something fixed and they left a big hole in my wall and after a month, they said they would come back and it took another few weeks. They do wonderful work overall but it was frustrating to look at the hole in wall.

Aperture is not place to call home. However, over the 4 years there have been incidents with the fire detector going off, construction going on next door, and rent increases of 10% at least each lease.

Apartments are great, amenities are lovely, but pool closes too early in the season and windows are extremely loud letting in noise from the street. Need better sound insulation!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We wish we could keep our pool open year round but follow the guidelines set by our pool management service. All public pools should share the same season and we open and close in line with that.
Nice quiet neighborhood. Walls are thin but neighbor keeps sounds to a minimum. Neighbors are very nice too. Cute fur babies. Very per friendly. Close to biking trail and metro. Very convenient area. Not a fan of the gas oven at all though. Smell is too overpowering for small apartments like studios. Never use it plus the oven sets off the fire alarm. Concierge desk is nice and the packages are very well maintained. Never had a lost or stolen package. Nice small gym.

After a couple of years Aperture is still a great place to I've. Great team, great location, good amenities and quality of apartments. There's not a better apartment building in Reston that I know of.

Very nice move in experience, with toilet paper and some toiletries ready so we didn't have to go searching though boxes or run to the store immediately. Overall very clean, very nice staff, very close to the metro.

After nearly two years, I had to move for my kids' school, even though I would have like to stay longer at Aperture. Everything you require is nearby, including restaurants and stores. The metro station is conveniently located across the street from the property. One of the things that attracts me the most is the trail, which I would love to stroll on every morning.

One year later and I am still incredibly impressed with all Team Members and their friendliness! From the office to concierge to maintenance to cleaning crew! The resident appreciation from free coffee to food events, it makes it a friendly environment to love!!! I truly love it here!
