I've just moved in to Anthem in the past month. I'm incredibly pleased with the whole experience; Something that stood out to me from the start was that Mike, who gave me the tour, remembered my name and greeted me by it when I showed up, even though we had only talked via email up to that point. It made me feel very welcome. I had an easy move-in and my apartment is perfect for me. Amenities like valet trash, Amazon hub locker, pool, etc. are added bonuses. I've only just started living here but so far, so good!

Poor management on-site, poor area management from corporate office, poor condition of building and apartments…garage is not secure..clean and is dangerous to drive as poorly constructed, you can hear neighbors actually brushing their teeth (cheaply built), the building is even falling in on top of Fernando’s Mexican Restaurant downstairs, security gates never work in parking garage and always open to allow car burglaries and drug dealers inside, zero security cameras, cleanliness of common areas and pool is non-existent, trash always piles up 3-4 feet, neighbors are noisy and even underaged as parents are renting apartments for teenagers here, complaints about any issues fall on deaf ears as management couldn’t care less and never responds to emails or phone messages so good luck there, I’ve been told rent will increase $300-400 per month at renewal time in 2021 and 2022, if your appliances or AC go out maintenance will not fix until they have to, you will pay wayyyyy too much to live here to be near a few restaurants, and garage elevator only works half of the time so good luck accessing downstairs restaurants. Move here and you’ll regret every minute for next 12 months.

If you are looking for a place to live and you care about you or your family's safety, do not live here. I'll cut right to the chase. I have lived here for about 2 years now at the time of this posting. The apartments themselves are physically very nice and up to date and all the units seem to be this way. The amenities are good and the immediate area (cityline) has a lot to offer in terms of high quality restaurants. However, in the last year, the crime rate has skyrocketed. If you want to hear my words of warning, continue reading. Since Covid-19 hit, individuals have identified this area (Anthem Cityline and the surrounding apartment complexes) as easy targets for theft. Since March 2020, my personal vehicle has been the target of multiple attempted robberies occurring at least every two months. Other individuals in the complex and surrounding communities have also been the target of attempted/successful thefts. The complex itself doesn't take these claims seriously, as 1) they don't record any of the footage from any of the security cameras on site, 2) outside of office hours, no one is on site to even view the live footage, 3) when conducting maintenance, the workers leave security doors and apartments unlocked, even when finished, and 4) even after all of these theft claims, the complex still leaves the only real line of defense (the gate) open for multiple days at a time. The complex even has a community portal where I attempted to warn other neighbors about what's going on, and they simply deleted everything. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

This place is infested with cockroaches! I am extremely clean and I still get cockroaches roomies all day long! So tiring!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Terrible, terrible, terrible management. I've lived in many of the up-scale apartment communities in the DFW area and this place is the absolute WORST! Upon move-out, they are attempting to charge over $3,000 in erroneous repairs without providing any proof or response. They will not return phone calls or emails with many attempts over the past year to dispute these charges. Don't be fooled by the aesthetics of this place as the management is the worst I have ever experienced! DO NOT MOVE HERE, save yourself and your money.
This is a poorly-managed facility with non-responsive management. In addition to unresolved security issues like door locks that don’t work, they are also unresponsive to tenant concerns. It is impossible to get hold of anyone in management after-hours or on weekends when most tenant issues arise. Lindsey (“property manager”) is rude, defensive and could care less about tenant concerns. Multiple calls, emails and texts all go unheeded as local management simply doesn’t care. Find another place to live where someone actually cares.
Check my post on yelp or their facebook page. $1300 hardwood floor “damage” repair. Laughable and unfair. Poor management and smelly dog park. I hope you guys love big mountains of smelly dog poop when you bring your guest to you luxury apartments.

Best pool I've ever seen at an apartment. Super quiet building, too.
My husband and I moved here in August of 2016. We were promised that the apartments were virtually sound proof and that they take all these extra measures during construction to make the apartments as quiet as possible. We should have known that they were clearly lying. We constantly hear our neighbors all day and all night. We can hear people walking, talking, and shutting doors. Not to mention the road noise which is atrocious. They offered to move us to another apartment, but the property manager told me that it would probably not get any better since we can't move to the 4th floor because we have large dogs. We will be moving before the end of our lease and I strongly encourage others to research reviews.
