Property Ratings at Angels Landing Townhomes
We had bad experiences with them from day one. Our move in date was pushed back due to how destroyed the previous tenants left the place. When we moved in, they hadn’t replaced the blinds, floor boards, or doors that had been chewed on by animals. They did such a rush job getting the house ready for us that they painted over dust on the floor boards, and didn’t bother matching paint in certain spots in the house. We moved out after 6 months. Upon moving out, we were told they were keeping our deposit because the blinds needed to be replaced... the same ones we reported as damaged. I wonder if they charged the previous tenants to replace the blinds, too? Perhaps the gimmick here is they will perpetually charge everyone for the blinds that they have no intention of ever replacing.They also misplaced our garage door opener when it was left on their desk with our keys. No documents were provided or offered as proof everything was turned in, unfortunately. For what they are charging here, go ANYWHERE ELSE. They are literally right next to the railroad, and the house shakes whenever a train passes.
This is an amazing place to live I havent felt more at home wver since I moved here. I love the peaceful area. Makes life easier than ever.
