Great place to live. Excellent location with easy access to capital hill, downtown, and slu. The apartments strike a good value balance for quality and features. Sometimes isnt as fancy as competing buildings but the important stuff is very well done like appliances, layouts, amenities, community events. Would recommend.

We've been here for 2 years and we can't recommend it enough. Staff, amenities and the community in general is great. AMLI really spoils tenants by ensuring you have a stress-free experience. Price is average for the area but completely worth it.

Excellent place to live with a variety of floor plans and price points. Shared spaces are best in class- the 41st floor is an amazing perk! Friendly and super helpful staff. Location is very central and convenient to multiple locations (10-15 minute walk to Capitol Hill, SLU, and Pike place) Highly recommend!
AMLI Arc's staff was absolutely wonderful throughout our leasing and move-in process, and continue to make the building feel welcoming, comfortable, and secure.
I am loving my stay at AMLI Arc so far. I was initially put up here temporarily as part of the company provided accommodation, and based on my experience I eventually planned to rent an apartment here itself. I like the amenities, the concierge and staff are very polite and helpful, and any issues/concerns are promptly addressed. My friends/ colleagues staying here also gave positive reviews so that gave me that extra confidence to choose AMLI Arc. You will not regret staying here!
AMLI Arc is an excellent place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. The 24 hour concierge makes me feel very secure when leaving or returning home. My apartment has a lot of natural lighting and i appreciate the energy efficient appliances and technologies. The community has many amenities that fit my lifestyle. I love that the gym is outfitted with CrossFit equipment. I also appreciate that the community recycles almost anything that can be recycled.
The apartment qualities are really amazing. Spending sunsets or cooking at the rooftops is a nice way to chill. The location of the apartment is a very big plus point, since everything is at a walking distance.
This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Especially the staff here are amazing. They are really honest and passionate people. I want to thank Jesse, Jon and David from the office for helping me figure out my parking spot issue. The concierge staff is also very helpful. Thank you! The apartment is very pet-friendly. They even have a dog spa area.
Definitely worth the price. Love this place and community. The amenities are excellent and feels modern. Even during covid, the staff were present almost everyday and they take good care.

AMLI Arc is a great high rise that is anything but cookie cutter in the crowded Seattle real estate market. My favorite thing is that every unit has gas stoves, if you cook often you know how much better this is and that it's hard to come across in the rental market.

From the amenities, to the units themselves, AMLI Arc is the perfect place to be. The leasing staff is by far the most helpful out of all of the apartments that I went and visited. Shout out to Allan who answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable about my decision to call AMLI Arc home.

Living at AMLI Arc has been fantastic. The amenities in both the apartment and the building are exceptional, and I really could not ask for a better place to live--with one caveat--the trash chute on my floor is often broken. With a better trash chute system, I would argue that AMLI would have no room for improvement.
This is the longest apartment community we have lived in. We typically get board and move a lot but we really love living here.
