Honestly it’s been very pleasant! The only complain I have is I can’t find parking near the apt sometimes and the barking from the neighbor’s dogs, but there’s not much I can do about that lol, it feels like we live in a hotel most of the time (in a good way)

The parking is not so good a lot of non residents parking never see a car being towed out from the community the water pressure from the kitchen sink is not strong I have spoke to maintenance and they say that’s normal but the parking is my most concern the maintenance is great always clean and grass nice and cut just parking

After 2 years of Living here, I realized that this place is actually very expensive for very small space and very little amenities. Also, last year my car was stolen and the Cameras were not working so we couldn’t get the culprit. There are Way better apartments with better security and so many amenities for the same price or a bit lower. I wouldn’t waste my time here.

The Hallways Are Always Dirty! There is dog waste everywhere. Neighbors are Loud, The amenities are most of the time closed or under reparations. Some if equipments in the gym are not working.

I do enjoy living here. The only thing that is a little bothersome is the fact that Dog owners DO not pick up after their dogs, so there have been times that it smells in green áreas & my son has even stepped on while going to the pool. Some residents drive really really fast and are not conscious of people walking to their car or their home. A few friends have had trouble trying to get into the gate because there are so many cars parked where you input the gate code. A bit frustrating. There are a few cars that are "permanently" parked in 1 spot, I believe those should be moved elsewhere to give priority to residents that are in and out on a day to day basis.
