The phone needs to be answered Situation brought to the attention of management need to be addressed immediately Issues need to be fixed, not pacified garbage room need to be cleansed And checked every day and tenants you do not follow garbage protocol me to be notified. The garbage room should never look like they do. It causes infestation of bugs and rodents.

I just moved in but I love it here!! The staff is WONDERFUL! The apartment was very clean when walking into it on move in day, so a wonderful first impression- and again, the staff reflects the atmosphere of the community as soon as an application is submitted, so I could already tell that I’d love it here before even coming!

Nothing will be perfect with apartment living but things have been above average. Although understaffed, maintenance requests get answered. Th opticwise IOT internet can be spotty.

Rent is going up and the property is going down. Broken gates, doors, mold growth, trash room isn’t maintained anymore. I could go on however, this would only make sense if things were more important to owners/ management. It’s unfortunate for many reasons.

Maintenance team is a little slow with requests. Complex is very strict with freedom of expression on balconies. Assistant manager in office is helpful with moving things along. A lot of times the car readers on some of the entry doors stop working and some are left open which is questionable for security. The gates to parking area are also borken and do not give much reassurance for security if vehicles either. Overall, not a bad place, but it could definitely benefit from some improvements.

I have been left very satisfied with the high quality units here and the staff that takes good care of their building. I was most impressed by the noise insulation, you nearly forget that you live next to the train tracks. There were only a few minor things wrong with the unit on move in that we were able to fix on our own (squeaking shower door, and loose toilet seat lid for example). The community is pretty strong here, and it is a pleasant walk from here to NoDa. The only downsides are the long windowless hallways to the units and limited hours for some amenities and staff.

I live in the floor right by the trash shoot and smells bad when they trash builds up. The walking trail is really good for me and my puppy!

I like it here! I think the area is really being built up. I may extend my lease again, things are just pricey as they are in Charlotte, but I’ve had a great experience.

Dog poop everywhere outside. But other than that really nice apartments and nice people. Office bearly responds to emails and not a lot of parking spaces

I love this community! Everyone has been so kind since I've moved here and the location is amazing. Perfect alternative to South End since it's so expensive there. Dog friendly, kids love saying hi, and my dog has loved smelling the whole area. The gym doesn't have every machine but it's made it so easy for me to get back into the gym, and theres a Sprouts opening up down the street. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially love the open floor plan and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The amenities are top-notch—whether it’s the fitness center, pool, or the community lounge, everything is clean and thoughtfully designed. Another huge plus is the location. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the complex still feels quiet and peaceful.

Well for the short time I've been here the apartments are great they at least keep up on the maintenance and the yards to make it look nice when you're having to walk your dog and they do respond well too when you have issues in your own apartment

Overall good. Events seem fun, but are all at hours where unless you're work from home you can't attend. I get yall want to work 9-5 too, but your events are going to continue to struggle on turnout unless you change the times. I try and fly home but can never get through traffic in time

Great experience living here and I love that there are more resident events being put on. Great place to live and fairly quiet too - with the occasional train, but overall great place to live. Would renew if it wasn't so expensive unfortunately.

Overall satisfied. Maintenance and communication is solid. Would love to see more investment in the property itself. Lots of gates are damaged or broken. Dog area gates are in need of repair, gas in grills and fireplace maintained more often. Biggest suggestion is adding additional dog bins and trash cans throughout the property. There should be dog bins near most major entry points. Currently only 3 for entire property and tend to overflow and be too far away from entrances making it more likely for people not to pick up behind their dogs.

I am very happy to find such a cozy place. It is very quiet, there is no noise, it is safe and has a large garden for pets. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
For the most part amaze has been a good place to live but there are a few things that have happened that I know I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes. There was a date maintenance was suppose to be coming in to do a maintenance check. They came in a day early then written on the letter and I was not expecting people. They started punching in my door code and tried to come in but I shut the door because I’d didn’t know what was going on. Also the communication here is not great, when I first moved in I was told there would not be dumpsters infront of my apartment and they are still here. I think there are a lot of temps that work here and the communication is not good.

My experience so far has been good. Nothing out of the ordinary. Month end, pay your bills and move on. The management staff is cool, but the assistant manager is amazing.
