The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially love the open floor plan and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The amenities are top-notch—whether it’s the fitness center, pool, or the community lounge, everything is clean and thoughtfully designed. Another huge plus is the location. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the complex still feels quiet and peaceful.

Well for the short time I've been here the apartments are great they at least keep up on the maintenance and the yards to make it look nice when you're having to walk your dog and they do respond well too when you have issues in your own apartment

Overall good. Events seem fun, but are all at hours where unless you're work from home you can't attend. I get yall want to work 9-5 too, but your events are going to continue to struggle on turnout unless you change the times. I try and fly home but can never get through traffic in time

Great experience living here and I love that there are more resident events being put on. Great place to live and fairly quiet too - with the occasional train, but overall great place to live. Would renew if it wasn't so expensive unfortunately.

Overall satisfied. Maintenance and communication is solid. Would love to see more investment in the property itself. Lots of gates are damaged or broken. Dog area gates are in need of repair, gas in grills and fireplace maintained more often. Biggest suggestion is adding additional dog bins and trash cans throughout the property. There should be dog bins near most major entry points. Currently only 3 for entire property and tend to overflow and be too far away from entrances making it more likely for people not to pick up behind their dogs.

I am very happy to find such a cozy place. It is very quiet, there is no noise, it is safe and has a large garden for pets. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
For the most part amaze has been a good place to live but there are a few things that have happened that I know I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes. There was a date maintenance was suppose to be coming in to do a maintenance check. They came in a day early then written on the letter and I was not expecting people. They started punching in my door code and tried to come in but I shut the door because I’d didn’t know what was going on. Also the communication here is not great, when I first moved in I was told there would not be dumpsters infront of my apartment and they are still here. I think there are a lot of temps that work here and the communication is not good.

My experience so far has been good. Nothing out of the ordinary. Month end, pay your bills and move on. The management staff is cool, but the assistant manager is amazing.

I really like living at Amaze! Maintenance is quick to respond/ fix an issue. All of the maintenance staff is trust worthy &friendly/approachable. Only giving this a 4 star review because: -the dog park never has bags, the dog park always has so much poop in it. the turf in the dog park needs to be sanitized. The poop needs to be picked up off of the ground by the residents& grounds keeper. - I have been snubbed by the leasing office staff a couple of times (on a matter and on just casual hello’s). Christine is the only friendly and approachable person in that office. She seems to be the only one that knows what goes on too. If I ever have an issue, I go to Christine. Highly recommend booking tours with her and just stopping by the office to say hi to her bubbly personality (she loves when you bring your dog in to say hi too!)

Living at Amaze at NoDa is amazing! Offers lots of nice features such as pool, living area, gym, locker room for all your orders to be delivered safely, dog park for your best friend and a nice Charlotte city view.

I loved the leasing staff. I feel a made a true friend through my experience. With this being my second apartment, and first time by myself, I felt that this was a way more smooth process than my first apartment.

Overall, a nice place to live. It is quiet and clean. The building gets cleaned daily and she does an excellent job. There is enough parking and you can now safely walk into NoDa. Sprouts is opening soon and will be close. The package system to get anything that is mailed to you that doesn’t go through USPS is a mess. There are lockers, but not enough, so most of the time your package is placed in an open room with many other packages and you have to sift through them to find yours. Sometimes they go missing and the management staff accepts zero responsibility. They could also be in this big locker with many other packages, some heavy, that you also have to go through. It’s a very flawed system and they have made zero effort to fix it. I do enjoy living here otherwise.

I've had a great experience living at Amaze. I've lived here since 2020 have had very little problems. The community is quiet, for the most part. I like living here.
Been good so far. I love how fast maintenance is. The only issue is sometimes noise. I unfortunately live right next to the door and can hear everything.

Great maintenance team! Little to no noise and great pool and outdoor area. Right near uptown noda so great location. A lot of great food in the area as well as food trucks outside the complex!

My experience so far has been average, nothing exceptional. I like the community and the staff. So far, I have only been interacting with the assistant manager and one other staff member (female) and they have been amazing.

I’ve had no issues while living here. The staff is responsive and kind. I get the sense that they truly want what’s best for the community. Additionally, they have a lot of community events which give you the opportunity to meet your neighbors.
Overall good, you can tell office staff is trying to hold more events. Maintenance team is top tier as always. Never had a more efficient and polite team

Overall I enjoy the community. I feel safe in my apartment and with the area. It’s quiet, besides the train sometimes - but that doesn’t bother me much! Work orders are completed super quick and the office staff are friendly. My only complaint would be that sometimes the door to the building is broken or people put rocks in it to prop it open. Hopefully that can be resolved. Otherwise, a great place to live.

my experience started off good but as the months of my lease went by i realized that what i was paying was just not worth it for the complex. there were no community events for months at a time (i was told there would be at least 1 a month), cars were stolen from the lot, gates and doors were broken for weeks at a time, and other issues. This place is good short term but not long term.

My experience has been okay. There's just been a lot of weed smoke smells and it makes me nauseous. Overall, I'm glad the new management company has taken over because they handle things almost immediately now and fix things appropriately.

community is clean, gated, and friendly. i feel safe living here and have all of the amenities i could ever need. being within a short distance from the heart of NODA is a great perk of this property.

I have lived at Amaze NoDa for about 7 months now and for the most part, it’s fine. It is clean and quiet. The major problem is the package system. If you live here and ever need to order anything online, it’s a toss up whether or not you will actually get it. They have a locker, but there are not enough lockers for the amount of residents, so most of the time, the packages are just left on the floor in this room with no locked doors. So, anyone can go in and take whatever they want. Some packages go missing. It’s very frustrating.

Love it here, but gates always squeak and doors are always broken and propped open. Office staff is nice and super helpful. Maintenance is great amd so is the landscaping

Overall good. Friendly staff. I would like if the cold brew was available more. Maintenance team is always on top of repairs. Can be pretty loud on trash day, but that's the garbage man's fault and not anyone in the community

My experience at Amaze has been pretty good. The rent prices are quite high compared to other apartments in the area and I don't see anything that warrants the price for what you get. A friend of mine who also lives here had her car stolen from the lot which raised some concerns about safety and security.

When I first moved into Amaze, the complex was a lot more clean and well maintained. It could just be the people who have moved in since but the staff have always been super nice and accommodating. Also when I first moved in, the road connecting Amaze directly to NoDa and the train line didn’t exist. Now the road is finished being built when I’m about to move out and it is such a nice welcome addition to getting to NoDa.m easier. I wish it had been finished when I first moved in. Anyways, I do like Amaze. The amenities are great, the staff is great. The location probably is the best thing. Amaze was perfect for my sister and I at the time being. Would definitely come back as a solo person in the future.

The staff is wonderful but constrained by procedures/techology as such issues drag on forever and unresolved. Property management staff should have the ability and empowered to use their discretion to resolve certain issues. Also I believe there is too much bureaucracy in the property management with too much reliance on third parties.
