I recently renewed my lease, this will be my second year at Amalfi and I’ve loved my stay here it’s super quiet especially at night and the neighbors seem friendly. When I had a maintenance request it was taken cared of the next day! The location is perfect it’s close to all the stores I need and my favorite part is having a bucees next door and it’s also close access to 45 freeway and 146. I also love the restaurants in the surrounding area as well.

I have never lived at an apartment complex with such friendly and contacting staff. My move-in process was a very smooth, there was an unexpected hiccup with the fixtures but everyone did everything in their power to make it right which I am more than appreciative of. Mostly good experiences. Grass, bushes and tree maintenance could use considerable improvement. Handyman team are top notch. Office staff continually refuse to return calls or follow up on issues. Very frustrating.

Amalfi at Tuscan lakes has a very safe , quiet atmosphere. The place is always clean. There is easy access to everything you need within 15 minutes. Feels upscale without upscale rates. The pool, clubhouse, and gym are well maintained.

This place so far has been great! Very responsive on maintenance requests. It’s clean and tidy. My only minor issue is the club house isn’t open 24hr. It’s only open during the times when most people are at work, 10am-6pm i think. It would be more useful if we had access to it past those times. The gym needs a revamp but definitely usable. Other than those 2 very minor issues this place is one of the best places I’ve lived. And I’ve live in quite a few states. If you’re thinking about it definitely take a look. Oh and the salt water pool is amazing!

Amalfi @Tuscan Lakes is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. These are the reasons: 1. I feel so safe and I really am. No matter what time I have walked my dog, I have felt so safe. 2. The people at the Leasing Office are so helpful and friendly. They are so competent in what they do. 3. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, the maintenance workers have been very quick to respond. They are very competent and friendly. 4. Maintaining the vast grounds to be beautiful is done in all of the time. Everything is manicured to perfection. 5. Valet service is a great service to have. Our garbage is taken and put in a bin to be emptied later. Our valet service is the best. 6. Our pools and gym are beautiful. They are maintained very well. Living in this beautiful apartment complex is a joy.
Excited to use the pool soon! The grills have been a little dirty by the pond but for the most part it stays pretty clean. It’s difficult to use the tv there as well

Great to come home every day. Have been here for 7 year and have seen a decline recently due to the newer renters. Seeing more trash around the community. Seems like people don’t appreciate the place they live. I’ve always believed this community to be highend until this year.

Nice location near walkable neighborhoods. Staff is friendly. Good value for the rent. Apartments and ammenities are in good condition. Parking is a little crowded at night but I have always been able to find a spot.

Great place to live!! Quiet, clean, and safe! Pool area is beautiful and apartments are spacious! Highly recommend living here! Maintenance has always been prompt with the few problems we have had.

Amalfi has been progressively going downhill since the new management company took over. They are running off the amazing staff who built positive relationships with the tenants and gave Amalfi their well-deserved 5 star reviews. The office is so shorthanded now that you can’t talk to anyone in person, except a temp who can only take a message. No one answers the phone. They don’t even have time to answer your messages on the tenant portal. Really the only positive thing I have to say since the new management Company took over Is that the maintenance team is still 5 stars.

I have enjoyed my experience here at Amalfi. The complex is nice, staff are friendly, and maintenance usually will be by within 24 hours. If you have AT&T, the cell reception is terrible within the complex. They are making frequent updates to the complex, which has all looked very nice, but with that, there have been significant increases to rent prices. We also get about a cockroach per week during the hotter, wetter months despite keeping our space clean and in order. Overall, I would recommend, though I do feel like the price is a bit high.

Pros: the apartments are clean and safe. The floor plans are well thought out. My last apartment had the same square footage but a tiny kitchen and bathroom and an abnormally large bedroom. This floor plans has the same space but a big kitchen, a bathroom I can actually walk around in, and a bedroom that's normal sized. Cons: the lighting in the kitchen is weird. It doesn't matter where you stand, you will be casting a dark shadow over whatever's in front of you. Also, in order to get to HEB and the rest of civilization, you have to go half a mile up the road the wrong way, sit at a light, do a U-turn, then come back past the apartments. Trying to go anywhere after 4pm takes forever, you'll be stuck at that light for like 6 rotations before you actually get to do your u-turn. It would be so nice if there was a back exit onto Hewitt or a cut through so we could exit through Sorrento onto Louisiana. There's a foot path cut through to Sorrento but no car cut through.
