Amalfi @Tuscan Lakes is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. These are the reasons: 1. I feel so safe and I really am. No matter what time I have walked my dog, I have felt so safe. 2. The people at the Leasing Office are so helpful and friendly. They are so competent in what they do. 3. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, the maintenance workers have been very quick to respond. They are very competent and friendly. 4. Maintaining the vast grounds to be beautiful is done in all of the time. Everything is manicured to perfection. 5. Valet service is a great service to have. Our garbage is taken and put in a bin to be emptied later. Our valet service is the best. 6. Our pools and gym are beautiful. They are maintained very well. Living in this beautiful apartment complex is a joy.
Excited to use the pool soon! The grills have been a little dirty by the pond but for the most part it stays pretty clean. It’s difficult to use the tv there as well

Great to come home every day. Have been here for 7 year and have seen a decline recently due to the newer renters. Seeing more trash around the community. Seems like people don’t appreciate the place they live. I’ve always believed this community to be highend until this year.

Nice location near walkable neighborhoods. Staff is friendly. Good value for the rent. Apartments and ammenities are in good condition. Parking is a little crowded at night but I have always been able to find a spot.

Amalfi has been progressively going downhill since the new management company took over. They are running off the amazing staff who built positive relationships with the tenants and gave Amalfi their well-deserved 5 star reviews. The office is so shorthanded now that you can’t talk to anyone in person, except a temp who can only take a message. No one answers the phone. They don’t even have time to answer your messages on the tenant portal. Really the only positive thing I have to say since the new management Company took over Is that the maintenance team is still 5 stars.

I have enjoyed my experience here at Amalfi. The complex is nice, staff are friendly, and maintenance usually will be by within 24 hours. If you have AT&T, the cell reception is terrible within the complex. They are making frequent updates to the complex, which has all looked very nice, but with that, there have been significant increases to rent prices. We also get about a cockroach per week during the hotter, wetter months despite keeping our space clean and in order. Overall, I would recommend, though I do feel like the price is a bit high.

Pros: the apartments are clean and safe. The floor plans are well thought out. My last apartment had the same square footage but a tiny kitchen and bathroom and an abnormally large bedroom. This floor plans has the same space but a big kitchen, a bathroom I can actually walk around in, and a bedroom that's normal sized. Cons: the lighting in the kitchen is weird. It doesn't matter where you stand, you will be casting a dark shadow over whatever's in front of you. Also, in order to get to HEB and the rest of civilization, you have to go half a mile up the road the wrong way, sit at a light, do a U-turn, then come back past the apartments. Trying to go anywhere after 4pm takes forever, you'll be stuck at that light for like 6 rotations before you actually get to do your u-turn. It would be so nice if there was a back exit onto Hewitt or a cut through so we could exit through Sorrento onto Louisiana. There's a foot path cut through to Sorrento but no car cut through.

The maintenance department is great! They are very prompt and friendly. They are dressed neatly, introduce themselves when they knock on the door. There was less than a 24 hour turn around when I placed my two maintenance requests. The communication in this community is great.

Staff is super nice and very quick to answer any questions. I had an issue with my gate clicker and they fixed it right on the spot. Definitely love the trash pick up too.

I have lived here for almost a week. I love my apartment. I love my view. The residents I have met are very friendly and down to earth. The staff are fabulous especially Sheila. I have enjoyed the Fitness Center. I wish to go to the pool soon. The weather must cooperate. Overall I have been so happy here. I really love Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes apartments.

The apartment is nice and the location is good. I’m not sure the new owners really know what the residents feel is important to them. The renovations are ok but have had several inconveniences and some amenities have been shut down or unusable for far too long.

We have been here several years and still enjoy staying here. We have been in the same apartment and have seen people come and go. The maintenance is usually punctual and quick. The overall complex is quiet and neighbors are generally nice. The new renovations are a nice touch as well. They now have several events a month, which my kids thoroughly enjoy!

very accommodating and the residents are very friendly. the leasing office has been very responsive and inviting. the unit is very clean and spacious. only complaint i have is the parking isn’t too great.

Parking is horrible! I keep getting charged for renters insurance, but I have renters insurance through my car insurance, so Amalfi owes me money!
