For a first time renter, I am very happy with the apartment overall! The community seems fairly nice and quiet so it’s a nice spot to be able to call home!

So far, my experience has been the same as before. This is a nice place and community, and I enjoy the amenities and the way I feel going in and out of my apartment. There is on some occasion a loud family way after dark just in the street, but it's just sometimes that I can hear neighbors on occasion loudly outside. Depending on when I return from work, sometimes there just is absolutely no parking late at night near my building and I am forced to park much much further. But That is only if I get out very late from work, sometimes. Overall, I still enjoy my time here and feel valued when talking with the maintenance people and the office people.

I would like to point out that the Office team has always been very helpful and has excellent communication, which I greatly value. However, I am dissatisfied with the new payment format related to Bilt, which has made the process more complicated and exhausting. In addition, the current rent is quite high for an apartment that has undergone several transfers and, when compared to units of the same model, I realize that I am paying more than the current value. I appreciate your attention and hope that these observations can be taken into account. I would even like to renew and stay here, but with these observations it is difficult to even recommend someone to come and live here.

I had a good experience leasing an apartment at Alvista Metrowest! The team was accommodating and helpful, and they made the whole process easy despite being understaffed at the time. Beautiful area as a whole... Landscape unfortunately not the best as far as maintaining the beauty.....Breezeways are not regularly maintained either.

This place is very nice and decent. Though I'm not sure if it's just from the inconvenience of the location of the buildings. For some time, the hallways between buildings were very dirty and covered with bugs. Recently they did a power was cleaning that really did clean the hallways, but I still had to buy my own bug spray/repellent to avoid bugs coming back to make a nest right above my door. Despite being a gated community, with a "no tailgating" guideline, the gates themselves don't prevent or stop cars from tailgating, specially from the resident side of the gate. Despite knowing that there may be few maintenance workers, and they have to take the jobs in order as is, they do come in and get the task done well. The space feels nice and accommodating, just a few minor inconveniences. Though, due to a maintenance issue with the fridge I had when moving in, I am still seeking about $200 in damages to all my food lost when the fridge stoped working, that they haven't replaced.

They never clean up the trash on time. There are a lot of cockroaches and termites in the apartment. Very old equipment, everything is falling apart. Bad repairs. The jacuzzi has not worked for a year, the gates are broken, the printers in the office do not work, there is not even a coffee machine and there are never any cups, the grill is terribly dirty.

Everything is nice and comfortable. The building's stairwell and corridor are a little dirty and have bugs nests along the ceiling and walls, I don't see much maintenance being done for the walkways. A lot of those critters enter my home because they just roam around my front door archway

I've been part of this community for twelve years now. Over time, I've noticed a decline in its upkeep due to changing management. It's disheartening to see the little things that keep a community looking beautiful disappearing. Daily, there are piles of old furniture, junk, in front of the trash receptacle , giving it a neglected appearance. The trees and landscaping in front of the clubhouse are dying, and the rest of the community's landscaping isn't being maintained either. This situation saddens me, and unfortunately, I don't see it improving anytime soon.

I feel like things have improved with the latest staff in charge. I love that they’ve put an effort to give us let events (I wish I could attend but work). I appreciate the gentlemen that work at maintenance as well, they’re always very respectful and responsive.

My family and I have lived at Alvista Metrowest for 2 years and have no intention of leaving. good location, whenever I need help the office helps me and the maintenance staff provide a quality service.

Management don’t care about residents and even do not answer and do not try to figure out all the bad feedback to make improvements of staff work. Maintenance you can wait all life long, no one will come to you until you will not come to them everyday for week or longer and will remember about your issue. Dirty area near pool,often dirty pool,dirty grills,almost half year broken jacuzzi,they close toilets near pool when office isn’t working,so from the 6 pm you have to run to your home to the toilet,or you know that some people are not doing it and don’t care,you can imagine where they go to the toilet and after weekends and parties in the morning there are smell of urine throughout the pool area.
For the most part everything has been good. The leasing office is helpful only when you are there in person or over the phone. They are really slow at emailing or calling back. Iv had a few issues in my apartment that they are working in resolving so we will see how it goes. Otherwise no complaints.
Office was helpful in answering all questions about the apartments. The leasing consultant took time to show the apartment. She also provided written literature to provide information about the complex. It's amenities.
This place has been way better than other places I've been at. Tho it did take just a bit to get some things to be working for immediate accommodation, like my faucet and the fridge. Overall, maintenance is really on top of it and they are helping me with all my inquiries I noticed upon the move-in inspection..

Everyone in the community is friendly, the office staff is always welcoming and willing to help. I’ve resided here for years and I have never encountered any issues as far as the maintenance of the complex or any crime.

I do love this area as I have been a resident here for almost 12 years and for the most part have given a 5 star rating. I dropped it to 3 because just within about one year, I see such and increase of litter that is not regularly maintained, also the garbage receptacle area is over-packed daily with furniture and junk, which make that entire area look like a rummage sale. It looks just awful. This is such a beautiful area and why I have been here so long, but sadly, it is really falling down the hill.

It is very slow getting maintenance to even come and it seems to take multiple visits to get any job finished. The amenities are average with the exception of a great fitness center. I think due to the flooring, maybe, the noise level if you're in the lower apartments is the worst I've ever experienced.

Excellent amenities and location. The appliances are older and not as nice as other complexes. Staff is very friendly. Pool and barbecue piveleges are, unfortunately, abused by non-residents.

So far it’s been great living here. It’s always clean and a quiet neighborhood. The people that live here are also very nice and whenever I have a maintenance request it gets solved quick usually next day.

Good living condominium. Well located, it has good physical structure. But it leaves something to be desired. Too long in replies returns, unsafe post office, many orders disappear. Office hours very inconvenient for those who work.
