I had a really bad experience, staff was disrespectful
This review is based off of my initial meeting/approval/ move in process with Julieta & Josh! They were both great and stayed in contact with me the whole time. The multiple times I came to the office to view they were always patient with me. My move in day went pretty smooth as far as the leasing staff was concerned. I was able to get my key right away. I will update as time goes on, however first impressions mean a lot!
Very happy with my apartment, everything is going well very peaceful and calming. Definitely would recommend living here. Staff was very helpful and nice and welcoming great experience.
I love the location and amenities. It feels very safe and there hasn’t been issues so far. I would recommend staying here over other apartments
Super clean, organized, and nice surroundings. The employees are very nice too. There's complimentary starbucks, fantastic pool that feels like a resort vacation.
Im having a good experience the complex is really nice, I love everything, the pool, the chill out. I just wish the pool could have been open until 11/12. I love the chill out and the leasing office.
Maintenance is usually very quick with our problems and requests. Love the apartment, the high ceilings and the amenities! Only issues we have is parking spaces in the parking garage and the valet trash is inconsistent with our apartment and we have to take things out ourselves. Would love it if valet trash could be optional vs automatically charged to rent per month.
Staff has always been really nice and helpful. When Ive had questions or issues they have had answers. I 100% recommended these apartments to anyone.
First, the place is so nice and clean. The staff is great and gets back quickly if there are questions. The location is close to so many things but still far enough out that you so t feel like you’re that close to a big city.
I like the apartment complex . I have been living since last 1 year. Quick response for maintenance. There has been fire alarms sometimes but it’s not so bad .
So far its great. Love the amenities. Great resident service. The gym is a nice size, with every station that you need. My favorite area is the pool, with the bbq grill. Cant go wrong with the free Starbucks coffee in the lobby too

I am loving my experience! Other residents are quiet and friendly and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner! Although I have yet to attend a community meeting but I enjoy that we have them and feel safe because of it.
It’s a nice complex overall. I think it’s quiet, the units are fairly new, but I think they could do a better job with the parking garage & towing situation.
Madi and Beth were the best! They accommodated all of my needs and made my rental experience the best! I just moved to Dallas two weeks ago, and I was having trouble finding a nice apartment in a safe neighborhood. Madi and Beth assured me that everything was going to be taken care of, and they walked me through the whole process! Both ladies were very professional and personable!
After a hard day at work I always look forward to getting home. AC works quick, my master bathroom walk-in shower is great. My kitchen is bigger than some homes. I have great neighbors. Also, management does a great job of keeping me involved/aware of things going on at Alvista Galleria. And, lots of dog owners Which is great for my dog when taking walks around.
There are various small problems that would be easy for them to fix (or have never had to begin with) if they cared, but here I'm just going to describe the two worst issues: 1) Noise. Officially, residents are not allowed to disturb other residents. In practice, there's no enforcement and it is common for people to party by the pool (which is surrounded by apartments, one of which is mine) late at night with loud music and lots of people talking with raised voices. And the bedrooms have gigantic windows, that let in most of that sound. However, the walls are good and I hardly ever hear anything from the units directly next to mine. If you can get a unit that doesn't face inward to community spaces, and doesn't face the main road (which I do frequently hear), it might be quiet. 2) The cost and hidden fees. Whatever they tell you is your monthly rent, expect to pay over $50 more in additional mandatory fees each month. If you visit in person, they'll tell you about SOME of those, but not all. Even just considering the base price, I expected more from this place. In reality, it's no better than my previous place which cost just under half as much (though, that wasn't in Dallas).
So far so good. Apartment nice, community nice, office nice and the maintenance is on the ball. Parking is close to my apartment. The apartment has a modern look and appliances worn well.
The leasing staff is very friendly. The location is prime with easy access to the freeway and tollway. I have rented from Lincoln Properties and the past and I excited to be back LPC. Imagine my surprise to walk in and the property is now owned by Lincoln Properties.
Everything about the complex is great but the floors are so thin. I been to other complexes before that were a lot cheaper and you did not hear upstairs neighbors that much. This complex for the luxury price should of at least had somewhat more insulation between floors.
I like the apartments themselves and the staff is super helpful. It?s mostly clean and haven?t had any issues living here.

At first everything was questionable especially right when the management switched. Now I do see improvements that I appreciate.

With so many housing options available in DFW do not choose this one. Had a horrendous experience moving in with staff being unhelpful and had me sign up with an electric company that the individual was getting a kick-back on per sign up. Throughout my time my neighbors were screaming in hallways at 3am on weeknights and the “courtesy officer” phone number would allow me to leave a number but nothing would be done. My packages were stolen on 4 separate occasions with staff being unhelpful on these occasions. Now I am in the process of moving out at the end of my lease and they are not counting the notice I gave to previous management as it was a verbal conversation but I was told it was taken care of. I am now having to get my lawyer involved because they are being manipulative about the wording that’s in the lease when I agreed I would give a 30 day notice since they did not give me warning that I would not be able to move out at the end of my lease and that they require 60 days notice despite it saying that needs to be done in the lease.
The office staff and maintenance staff are gold star! They are on top of things and they take very good care of their residence! The facilities are clean and the amenities are kept current and up-to-date! This is a great community and a great location in the metroplex!
