I recommend the Altitude to every friend looking for an apartment. It is an incredibly safe, clean, and affordable place to be in.

I have truly enjoyed living here at Altitude residences. I wanted a luxury apartment that allows me to romanticize my life daily and altitude has been just that for me. I feel at peace, the place is always clean and the management is top notch. I love the events they do-as they’re intentional and not forced. The decor and ambience is always beautiful. Maintenance always responds almost immediately and for that I’m thankful!

High quality new building and amenities. Dog friendly with great dog amenities like dog bag/garbage stations, small fenced in dog park, and even a grooming area in the garage with a grooming tub, grooming table and a pet blow dryer. Friendly staff that’s there to help. In the winter sidewalks are cleared and treated very quickly, which is important with a dog. Easy online system for payments, issues, lease details and more. Restricted access building with a fancy system for buzzing people in that shows you who they are, never worried about safety here. Overall great place to live with no hassles!

So far, I love living at Altitude Residences. I feel like I can trust the leasing company, also Linda is so friendly! I also love the new appliances, cabinets, and flooring! It is quiet and the highway access is very convenient.

The apartment was dirty when we moved in. I had to scrape gum off of the floor and pull hair and garbage out of every drain. I made it clear I was unhappy with the condition of this 'luxury' apartment and still feel like I'm living in the last tenants dirty apartment. Although some requests were responded to quickly, several cabinets were supposed to be replaced that haven't been after 7 months, and stains remain on the blinds. If you have a high standard of living and expect clean luxury I wouldn't move here.

Love the Altitude apartments. I've lived in many places and this one, by far, feels like home! From the staff to the community everyone is amazing and I've had a great time living here and will continue to live here as long as they'll have me!

The location is perfect! Love the floor Plan - I have two bedroom - Two bath with fireplace! Love all the trees and the brightness of having all the windows! I feel safe and once I close my door I hardly remember I am in an apartment building! So quiet!

Altitude Residences offer a beautiful building with well designed living space and fantastic storage.

I have loved my 1BR apartment for over two years and now I am moving to a 2BR. I am excited to get a separate BR since I work at home and the extra room will be nice. I love the amenities with gas stove and large ice maker refrigerator. The management and maintenance people go above and beyond in their building duties. I find the apartment building quiet and well kept. I'll be here for a while.

The application process, moving process and welcome by the leasing staff has been wonderful. The Altitude provides a great balance of amenities, open floorplans and comfortable surroundings. I am enjoying my new home!

Beautiful apartments with many special conveniences like a ceiling fan in the bedroom, a pull out garbage storage cabinet, gas stoves and fireplace, light dimmers, a plug in the storage closet for my cordless vacuum, a walk-in shower (which is really hard to find in a 1 BR apartment), and huge windows with lots of light. These are the things that make it so nice to live here.

Great management! Apartments, common areas and outdoor recreational spaces are beautiful! Love the full size washer & dryer in each unit. Apartments may be slightly overpriced for the size.

I've been at Altitude since it opened in September 2019. I love the layout of my floorplan and the appliance are way above most other apartments of this size especially the gas stove, large double door refrigerator and walk in shower. The management has been friendly and very helpful. Very nice community and exercise rooms. The best apartment I have ever had.

Do you want an apartment where the walls are so thin that you can hear your everything? Do you want an apartment where they hire contractors to work around the building, then your personal property (vehicle) gets damaged, and the building will take absolutely no responsibility for it? All they send you is a text message HOURS after work has already begun? Do you want an apartment where if you have any maintenance issue, they'll give YOU a list of people to call to fix it yourself? If you answered "YES" to any of my questions, then Altitude is the apartment for you! From the very beginning, this place was an absolute disaster. We toured while they were still under construction in 2019. The leasing agent told us it was a concrete building, which totally had us sold. After the building was occupied, we found out that the building was a wood construction building, and he lied. We picked a unit we really liked and completed an application to find out the apartment we picked had been rented 5 months prior. So instead of being on the top floor, we were on the 4th floor and quickly began hearing every single footstep above us. When it came to signing the lease, that was another hot mess. What company still uses paper leases? Not to mention, the lease was not even correct and had other people's information on it. We had to drive back to the building SEVEN (7) times to sign our lease to find out every time halfway through that the lease was incorrect. Not sure how hard it is to get a lease correct. You'd think that after people had come in so many times that you'd make sure the paperwork was correct before they came in... They aren't even competitive. They have minimal amenities. You have a community with low-quality fitness equipment that seems always to be falling apart or malfunctioning. The apartment itself has cheap finishes. Within 3 weeks of living there, the "wood" floors were starting to warp. It took a maintenance person 6 months to fix that. So we had a spot in our apartment that we had to avoid. It's a new construction building, aren't these things supposed to last? Management does nothing to control the frat house that has become this apartment building. We had only been there a year, and the building is already so run down. Management, CSM, is one of the worst management companies I've personally dealt with. They lack any sense of responsibility and lack integrity.
