Situated on the northeast side of Raleigh along I-540, Triangle Town Center wraps around its namesake mall and includes two additional shopping areas -- Plantation Point and Capital Crossing. This popular shopping district contains everything from large department stores to specialty shops, and fast-food restaurants to locally-owned dining hotspots. In addition to a variety of shops and restaurants, residents of Triangle Town Center enjoy Spring Forest Road Park, a neighborhood park with a tennis court, sports fields, and a playground.
With about seven miles to Downtown Raleigh and about nine miles to NC State, Triangle Town Center is a great location for commuters. It is near Adventure Landing Raleigh and Wake Technical Community College, and it is a short drive from the PNC Arena, the North Carolina Museum of Art, and William B. Umstead State Park.

Property Ratings at Alta Town Center
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I pay a lot of money for a two bedroom, two bathroom and part of my reason for choosing this place was they allowed and noted I would have two vehicles on my lease. They have now changed their parking situation requiring passes but only will issue one pass and a guest pass, allowing me to not reasonably accommodate guests such as my girlfriend who visits a few times per week. We will now have to be worried about being towed if the office is closed and can’t issue a temporary guest pass in addition to already being worried about all the homeless people that walk by the property off of Capital Blvd when she comes over. The apartments are cheaply built and you can hear every step from people living above you and all the traffic from Capital and 540. I will most definitely not be renewing my lease after this idiotic new management rule. I would recommend you look for a more safer, quieter community.

Great walkability, access to public transport is easy. Access is to basic needs are within walking distance. Pet friendly. Generally friendly neighbors and maintenance staff.

I moved into Alta Town Center a little over a month ago from my hometown Philadelphia. The experience has been everything that I’ve imagined. The staff is a team of amazing individuals who make you feel at home. The onsite maintenance staff are the fastest responders I’ve ever experienced when it comes to needing something fixed. The location is so convenient when it comes to shopping, night life, and even some great restaurants. I could go on and on about the things that Alta has to offer, if you are looking for a fresh beautiful beginning I say that Alta Town Center is the place for you!

Tour with Eve was great. Apartments are located near attractive things (i.e. mall, target, Walmart, 540 highway). Amenities were also impressive considering the affordable price and area. While the grounds were still under construction, things were kept clean and neat. Decided to sign a lease for a building that wasn’t quite done. When it was closer to our move in date, Eve reached out to let us know that our specific unit wouldn’t be ready by our move-in date, however, we had the option to move into a more expensive unit (with a balcony) for the same price as our original unit! So far our experience has been good, with some room for improvement. However, the complex is new, so considering that everything has still been great.

I've lived here since late October and it's been smooth sailing. My roommate and I chose this complex over others because we actually watched it spring up from nothing from the community across the street! My advice is to get in now while these apartments are fresh and untouched. Our unit is really beautiful; big pros are the hardwood floors, large windows, and granite countertops. The staff are totally awesome--they even gave us a handwritten note when we moved in! Eve and Jayden helped us out during our tour/move-in, they're great! :)

Overall the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They answer all questions promptly. I have been staying here for 2 months and maintenance have been very responsive and I have no issue getting in touch with staff. My move in experience was smooth I was able to get my keys very timely and no issues. I would highly recommend.
