Abby was so great at move in I really appreciate you for doing what needed to be done even though you just started at this location you knocked it put the park. I felt like you listened to my concerns and addressed them spot on thank you for making me feel welcomed. And no dismissive of my concerns.
Super excited, staff is lovely. i work 9-5 and the office closes at 6 so very convenient. also when i got to the the apartments they toured me even after regular hours because they took my schedule into consideration. she went home late that day but was still very kind
this complex is weird. maintenance has been amazing lately, office staff is okay, but the neighbors can be disgustingly with not picking up dog poop at the dogpark, it irritates me because 2x my dog has stepped in poop while playing fetch or just being loud and not respecting others

I moved into my apartment 6 days ago. It was a smooth transition The apartment was clean and ready for me to move into. It’s been a great experience so far. It’s a clean campus with a great pool setting.
So far, so good. Love my new apartment, and location is great. No more inter town traffic! My apartment overlooks a green space, so I'm excited to be able to sit on my balcony with a glass of wine and relax.

Our upstairs neighbors are very loud at random time throughout the day and night, but over a good complex with nice accommodations. The pool is relaxing and the free coffee is very helpful!

The front office really listens to what you have to say! Whether it’s a small concern or a question they’re the best! The pool has to be MY FAVORITE amenity, it’s huge and the pool chairs are so comfy! The grill makes it 10x better!!

Renewal process was rocky and seemed liked everyone in the front office had a different term to the deal. Also would be nice for more poop dog bag stations and maybe a fine for residents who don’t pick up their dogs poop. The maintenance guys shouldn’t have to do that and maybe fake cameras could result in residents to actually pickup poop

july 7th a storm came through and knocked out power in most units. when i got home from work, maintenance was working and informed us they’d be working on it and getting it up before they went home. I kept going out to get an update. (not sure his name but the maintenance guy who’s older and has less hair at the Alta in Conroe) anyways, HE WAS AMAZING. He knew I kept asking for updates and i told him i was worried about my fridge food because i just went bulk grocery shopping and he found the longest extension cord i’ve ever seen and hooked it up so i could plug in my fridge. HE deserves a raise because he didn’t at all have to do that but did. he also was sweating buckets and i knew he wanted the power on as much as i did.

We’ve lived at Alta Sergeant since August. Cynthia in the leasing office is amazing — she was a big reason we chose this place, and the staff is generally polite and responsive. That said, our experience hasn’t matched the leasing pitch. We were harassed by a neighbor over a non-assigned parking spot and ended up installing security cameras to feel safer. That neighbor still behaves aggressively, and despite reporting it, nothing has changed. We’ve also seen frequent safety issues — break-ins, suspicious activity, speeding drivers — and inconsistent follow-up from management regarding certain issues. Fees can also be unclear after the promo period, so ask for a full breakdown. This place has potential and kind neighbors, but unless safety and communication improve, it's hard to feel fully at home.

The complex is a wonderful place to live: location makes it easy to get to whatever/wherever you need to go! Having no carpet in the majority of the unit does make noise resonate throughout other units. The community events are fun and appreciated! Never had a complex be this actively involved with making the living experience standout!

Everyone is so very nice. The apartment complex and my apartment are one of the nicest I have seen. The pool can be full of kids, and my apartment faces the pool on the 1st floor so you would think that the noise level would be high. It is when you are outside the sound of kids having fun (beautiful noise), but when you go inside my apartment you cannot hear them at all. Just show the high standard that was used during the building process.

It’s honestly great, except some thin walls problems. Other than that, the space is beautiful, appliances work great, and its close to a lot so you’re never stuck without something. It’s a great first home.

You are not going to want to miss this tour! The property and community building are gorgeous! 24/7 access to the coffee machine unlike most apartments in this area.

Nice Clean and Peaceful complex. I have enjoyed living here! The leasing process was seamless … staff has always been very friendly. The area is great as well … good schools and tons of stores.

It's been nice not having any neighbors for almost 10 months. The office staff is very accommodating and thoughtful. Maintenance requests are handled in a very reasonable amount of time.

so far so good, love the pool and the space, garages, and gates would be an awesome add on or the tv by the pool working, or maybe adding a park for kids.

Great location and a great place. clean, quiet, and great service. I love my free coffee in the morning and relaxing in the club house. the club house is great for relaxing and entertaining friends.

I wouldn’t recommend the community based on the issues I’m already dealing with and then not being fixed. It’s not right when you move to a new community and still get poor service.
