I do like it here dispite the problems, I hope to get them iron out so that I can feel complete comfortable in the unit.

Workers initially very friendly, pleasant and responsive. After lease was signed, not so much. Men's underwear found behind the dryer in my "new unlived in" unit. Poor craftsmanship through out, hardware on cabinets placed crooked, paint speckled on flooring throughout, planks below carpet in bedroom are uneven can feel wood and dip/unlevel flooring through carpet. Trains run constantly throughout night and day. Very loud. Not mentioned during showing. The overall outer complex is pretty and well maintained, close proximity to Comanche Park, dumpsters are enclosed. I will love living here once my washer and dryer are fixed.

We have been Living at Alta rolling oaks for close to a year now, We love that is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It always feels safe around here and we have a great team of office staff and maintanance crew. we are proud to say we look forward to many years to come in our cozy home.

A must see NEW Apartment complex!! Ask for Michelle. She is the sweetest and will answer all of your questions. Best customer service I have received by far when looking for an apartment. We signed a 15 month lease and are so excited to become residents at Alta Rolling Oaks. The property is beautiful and the views are just gorgeous! Make sure you go check them out.
