Absolutely love the community. I’ve been here for about 5 months and everything has been great so far. It’s a safe community and well protected with the fob system on all entrances. Building management is always quick to respond to any concerns and maintenance is speedy to fix any problems in the apartments. They always host events for residents to socialize which I like(anywhere from movie nights to brunches). It really is a great place to stay in Allen and I always feel safe coming home.

Alta at the Farm has been a great experience so far. The move-in process was very efficient. The leasing staff is among the best I have ever witnessed to be quite honest. Brittany and Lauren made choosing Alta at the Farm so easy, a good management team played an important role in choosing our new home. We obviously fell in love with the features in our unit, and the convenience of the amenities, as well as being in an area that’s entertaining but not loud and overwhelming. We love it here !

The apartments are good. The complex is beautiful. But I think their peat control is horrible. A lot of mosquitoes inside the house even with everything closed. It has presented several problems, until today I have not been able to connect the alexa because I already see with the problem. Paint stains on the carpet of the rooms. Anyway. Just less than a month here and I've had and have several problems.

I was looking in the Allen area for a one bedroom and found Alta at the Farm. As soon as I walked in I loved the clubroom area and the smiling faces that greeted me. They asked what can I help you with and I told them I was just looking. I'm not sure the price range but the ladies up front were very welcoming.

The complex is new and fresh. Its located in a great place and has wonderful amenities. The staff is also always so kind!
Centrally located to everything, Alta at the Farm is a great place to live.
Staff is not always friendly especially the assistant director. She is rude and has an attitude. Staff doesn’t seem knowledgeable.
I just moved here… brand new and clean!… I only hope other new residents keep it clean… management is top notch.. thank you Lauren and Brittany …y’all are awesome!! Lots of construction surrounds complex…and it will be here awhile. I love my step in shower… no more stepping over a tub anymore.. a tub I never used too… great location too!
If you are thinking to move in to a new apartment then Alta might be the great choice for you. The location is perfect and all the stores you need are very near. I just moved in 3 weeks ago and I am liking it a lot. All the staffs are great but particularly Yasmine is great. She helped us and made our move in so easy. I do recommend this place. Just check it out.

okay this property is STUNNING and the staff is so wonderful! Yasmine was so patient with me as a walk in and got me scheduled for a tour and was literally like having a hype woman there with me who also didn't make me feel pressured? She was SO nice and so easy to work with. I am so excited to get moved in to this amazing complex and look forward to management who seems to actually have it together unlike the surrounding apartments in the area!!

I may be one of those "PITA" people who is super excited to move into these gorgeous apartments, but I went to look, then brought my daughter back, then my parents! ?? And through it all Yazmine has not only been patient, but welcoming, kind and so open to my 1,000 questions. All the staff has been amazing, but Yazmine was 'lucky' enough to be the first to talk to me. She's great! The building is amazing, location is perfect and amenities are (and look like will continue to be) spectacular. I'm beyond excited to be a resident.

When I say best around I mean the place is going to be amazing when it’s done hence…. Best in town. Chasity was amazing, she did everything to work with me to allow me to get my next apartment when I didn’t think I would. She was amazing and again hence …. Best in town. There are multiple floor plans to fit my needs. The location is great with eateries in close proximity. I toured with Chasity W. and she was an excellent leasing professional tour guide. I will be happy to call Alta at The Farm home in the future.
