Poor Customer service

I used to live here i hated it poor customer service doesn't work with the renters on anything:(

Loved living here!

This was my husband and I's first apartment together, we have lived here for almost two years and are currently working on buying a house that will be ready for move in sept/oct. Let me just say, this place is wonderful. I apartments are big and amazing for the price. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and kind. I love the clubhouse, it's very well maintained and has a lot of stuff to do. The apartments have large windows, newer appliances and maintenance is fast. The location is also wonderful; super close to Walmart, Costco, Fredmeyer and lots of fast food and the freeway. I'm almost sad to be leaving soon!

This was home!

I lived here for two years and just recently moved out. The only reason I did was because it was going to be closer to work. I really loved it here. My neighbors were great, the office managers were great, it was quite, copious amounts of parking, I really could go on and on. It was such a bittersweet move because I really did love everyone there. Rachel was there with me from day one! She got us into our unit when were really needed a place, she was always there when I had a problem and she even called to check on me the day after I moved out! I really am gonna miss this place and anyone who lived here would be lucky indeed! If you need a great place to live that is pet and family friendly check this place out. It is such a welcoming, inclusive community where you will always feel safe and at home.

Unorganized and Unprofessional Management

I don't even know where to begin, but I'll try: -They don't unlock the clubhouse so you can actually use it. -They make promises that they don't keep. -They don't communicate with you except for complex-wide notices that they tape to your door with tape the pulls the paint off. -They have a 40-page lease. -They impose ridiculous rules.

Pretty nice for older apartments. They're pet friendly which is a huge plus!
