Aloma has been such an amazing place! The employees have all been absolutely wonderful to work with throughout my moving process. The building and amenities have all been great! I could not recommend Aloma more!

Brand new building with underground heated parking. Dry sauna and state of the art fitness room is just two of the many things I love here. Meeting room with a big screen tv is where I work on my laptop have the day.

Aloma is a brand-new apartment complex with some luxury amenities within. Some of the nice features are the extra large sauna, club-quality gym, and built-in movie theater. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While it is expensive, it is pretty much on par with other "luxury" apartment complexes in the area. A few things to be aware of are moving in can be a pain as they didn't put much forethought into a good way to move your things into and out of the building, there is a handicapped ramp or stairs that you use, and depending on the size truck you have, there may also be some walking involved to get to those areas. Also, they have a water softener system that serves the entire building which cannot be adjusted to your preference, so know that may be something to get used to as well. Otherwise, it is a nice building conveniently located near a few different shopping areas, the freeways, and a nice neighborhood to walk in.

If you live at Aloma there’s no need to ever plan a vacation again. From the ridiculous amount of amenities, to the wonderful people that live here; there is sincerely almost no reason for a resident at Aloma to ever spend leisure time outside of this apartment complex.

I moved into Aloma in the first part of January and have loved it since the day I first toured. The building is absolutely beautiful, and they do an amazing job maintaining its cleanliness. Not only does it constantly look clean, it always smells AMAZING! One of my favorite parts about our community is how friendly and respectful everyone is, including the staff. The apartment hosts a lot of events to engage residents & my apartment unit is one of the closest units to the common areas, yet I never heard commotion when people are out there hanging out. The amenities are all around phenomenal. I would highly recommend Aloma to anyone looking for a place to call home with absolutely beautiful units & common areas in the conveniently located Shoreview area! When I first moved in, my washing machine wasn’t draining & the clothes were coming out soaked. When I called maintenance, they responded very promptly and told me the part that was broken would take about a week to come in. Rather than making me wait, they replaced my machine with a brand new machine the same day! I cannot speak highly emotionally of the staff & the maintenance team (which is typically one of the highest complaints people have about apartment buildings). Super grateful!

Love the apartment, staff, amenities. Only critique are the walls are a tad thin.

Aloma is a great place to live in. This apartment has amazing amenities, friendly staff and modern units. It's super close to target, trader joe's, starbucks, chickfila and many more!! It is definitely worth taking a tour and meeting the staff!

I moved into my apartment in December and I have enjoyed every aspect of living here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The amenities are high quality providing a resort like feel. The building is clean and comfortable. The location is great with either city being a 15 minute drive. Great proximity to 694 and stores and restaurants.

I truly couldn't be happier to live at Aloma! The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch – from the fitness center to the lounge areas, everything is designed for comfort and convenience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to shops and the highway without feeling too busy. What I love most is that it really feels like home here. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the sense of community makes it such a special place to live. Highly recommend!

Aloma: This rating only pertains to the facility, management, amenities, and apartment itself and excludes current tenants. Mr. Graff has gone above and beyond helping me with my move-in, which I'm grateful for. The tenants: Some tenants smoke pot, which is clear by the intermittent smell in the elevator and hallways. Furthermore, some residents have broken garbage and recycling guidelines and policies like throwing away an entire TV in a cardboard-only dumpster and leaving their waste in the community area entirely via non-waste bins for use by all tenants. Nevertheless, it has been an overall great experience when comparing other locations with the same price point. I will update as time passes to keep this review as unbiased and accurate possible.

This property is beautiful and I am so happy this is where I chose to live! The amenities are amazing and it feels like i’m living at a 5 star resort. Absolutely love it!

So I was lucky enough to be one of the first people to move in the brand new apartments in December. This whole community has done wonders for my mental health. The lovely environment extends from my apartment (I chose a one bedroom) to the lovely lobbies, theater, sports room, gym and even the adorable self checkout mini-mart! Just a great environment and it's so close to so many shops/ restaurants and grocery! The staff have also been amazing, John and Lither are always on the spot with helping with any concerns you may have! A+!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment.
