The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Property Ratings at Alma North Plaza II
I was here for 8 months and I ran away, office workers are rude and useless, like the landlord who has no sign of human being. Renting one of these apartments is like welcoming a theif to your home. Besides the apartment itself isworst. Each unit has plenty problems, and even do not try to get help from office no one will do maintence, and watch out for bugs every where.
This apartment complex was once ran as a retirement apartments, until the property was sold to the public as a regular apartments. It has been ran through man receptionist. It had many managers which run several other apartment complexities. I have lived here for several years, but I have to say I'm sure there are better places to stay. I'm the type of person to negative, but from my experience this place could be in better condition if there were a much more responsible manager who showed up to check out the property instead of run other offices. To better demonstrate the view of how the apartments condition is, first let me start with the laundry room of the tenants. There are 8 washers, and 8 dryers. Many of which fall apart, or out of order, or just doesn't run at all. On the upside of the neighborhood there are many other places to wash clothes. The list goes on as far as maintenance.
